Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シート状の物質を挾んで一対の検出ヘツドを対
    向配置し、下側の検出ヘツドにセンサコイルを設
    け、上流の検出ヘツドに、表面に複数の空気吹き
    出孔を持つ導体ターゲツトを弾性支持すると共に
    、前記シート状物質の表面に対し垂直方向に押圧
    し、前記ターゲツトの空気吹き出しによる浮上力
    と、ターゲツトの自重及び前記押圧力とをバラン
    スさせ、前記ターゲツトを前記シート状物質表面
    より一定量浮上させるようにし、前記センサコイ
    ルのインピーダンスの変化から前記シート状物質
    の厚さを測定するようにした装置において、前記
    ターゲツトの内圧を測定する手段を設け、この内
    圧の変化を前記ターゲツトからの吹出空気の背圧
    の変化として検出し、前記内圧の変化より前記タ
    ーゲツトの浮上量に対応した補償信号を得て、こ
    の補償信号に基づき、前記浮上量の変化による指
    示誤差を補償するようにしたことを特徴とするシ
    ート状物質の厚さ測定装置。
