イルにより高周波電力を供給する高周波イオン源
において、高周波電源とマツチングボツクスをほ
ぼ接地電位となるように、前記誘導結合コイルの
一次側を接地側に、二次側を高電圧側に設けたこ
とを特徴とする誘導結合形高周波イオン源。
