Claims (1)
- 帯状領域を照射すべき光源装置において、前記
帯状領域に沿つて延在せしめられており所定範囲
に亘り帯状光束を放出する線状光源と、前記線状
光源に被装されており照射すべき前記帯状領域に
対応させてスリツト状の開口が穿設された被覆体
と、前記被覆体における前記線状光源の光放出範
囲から外れた位置に配設された光量検出素子とを
有することを特徴とする光源装置。
