Claims (1)
- 電流量を変えることによつて任意に荷重を変化
させることのできる可変形負荷手段と、該負荷手
段の荷重もしくは検定用分銅の荷重が負荷される
ことにより試料表面に押し込まれる圧子と、該圧
子の変位量を検出する変位量検出手段と、前記可
変形負荷手段に供給される電流量から圧子に作用
する荷重を演算する手段と、前記検定用分銅の重
量に相当する荷重が出力されるように前記負荷手
段に電流を供給した場合に得られる圧子の変位と
実際に検定用分銅を負荷した場合の圧子の変位と
を比較し、両者を一致させるために必要な負荷手
段への供給電流の増減量から負荷手段の実際の荷
重と検定用分銅の重量との差を演算する演算手段
を具備することを特徴とする硬度計の荷重検定機
構。
