    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部機能の周囲を保護する保護材によつて形成
    した電子部品において、プリント配線基板の所定
    箇所にクリーム半田を施し、この基板に上記電子
    部品を載置して加熱炉で溶着する際、加熱炉内の
    熱より保護する冷却液を充填する凹部を、上記電
    子部品のパツケージ上に設けたことを特徴とする
    電子部品。
