Claims (1)
- はんだ溶融温度以上の沸点を有する第１の液体
が収容してあり、当該第１の液体を沸騰させるヒ
ータが設置してある蒸気潜熱利用の第１の槽と、
当該第１の槽内にはんだ材料が施されたプリント
基板を搬送するコンベアとからなる蒸気リフロー
はんだ付装置において、はんだ溶融温度以下の沸
点を有する第２の液体が収容してあり、当該第２
の液体を沸騰させるヒータが設置してある第２の
槽が前記第１の槽に隣接設置してあり、前記コン
ベアが前記第２の槽を貫くように設けてあること
を特徴とする蒸気リフローはんだ付装置。
