Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 低粘性食品生地を受皿に所定の厚さに薄く供給
    せしめ、ヒーターを内蔵した焼上げ台を反転させ
    ながら前記受皿に向つて降下させて、前記焼上げ
    台の片面に設けたホツトプレートを前記受皿上の
    前記食品生地に接面させることにより前記食品生
    地を前記ホツトプレートに付着せしめ、ついで前
    記焼上げ台を逆回転させながら上昇させて前記付
    着した食品生地を上向けて薄皮状に焼上げる様に
    したことを特徴とする薄皮焼調理器。
