Claims (1)
- パン材料をこねるパン用こね器の材料容器に於
て、その材料容器内に回転軸が挿入され、その回
転軸に駆動腕が取付けられ、該腕の先端こね部分
に所望の形状をした可動ヘラを回動自在に設立さ
せ、該可動ヘラの回動軸下端に遊星歯車を固着さ
せ、併せて該容器の底面より回転軸を自由に貫通
した固定歯車を該遊星歯車と係合して該底面上に
固定し、駆動腕の回動と共に可動ヘラを回動させ
、該容器内を周回せしむる様にしてこね作用をす
る事を特徴とするねり器のヘラ機構。
