Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 材料容器内にバンド材料である小麦粉、イース
    ト、砂糖、塩、油脂、粉ミルク等と水を注加しそ
    の状態で混ねつ、発酵、ガス抜き、発酵、焼き等
    の工程を順次自動或いは手動で行う製パン器の材
    料容器の該器内中央より貫通した回転軸にこね用
    回転ヘラを取付け、該ヘラと係り合つてこね作用
    を有効にする側棒を該器側部より内部に突出させ
    てなるこね機構の側棒に於て、正回転でこねる際
    は該ヘラと係わり合う様に、又逆転では該ヘラの
    逆回転でパン材料を逆に押し流がさせ、その反動
    で側棒を折り曲げせしむ様にして該器の内側に入
    り込ませ、パン焼き上げ後のパンに、側棒の痕跡
    を残さない様にする事を特徴とした製パン器のこ
    ね機構。
