Claims (1)
- それぞれがフレキシブルな絶縁体に隔てられた
プリント配線のパターンが多層構造に配設されて
なるフレキシブルプリント配線板において、柔軟
性の要求される部分は配線密度を粗くし層数を少
なくして柔軟性を保持させるとともに、その他の
部分は層数を多くして配線密度を細かくしたこと
を特徴とするフレキシブルプリント配線板。
