- ボンデングウエツヂがサフアイア材から成る、
柱状の形状で、先端に行くに従がつてテーパー状
になり、テーパーがはじまる位置付近に側面より
先端部に向かうワイヤーガイド穴を有しているこ
とを特徴とする熱圧着ワイアーボンデング装置。
