Abstract

PURPOSE:To dispense with post-processing after deburring process by providing a deaerator to deaerate gas in washing liquid to cause supersonic radiation to satisfactorily generate cavitation within the washing liquid in a washing vessel. CONSTITUTION:A work 21 such as resin parts or the like is received in a basket 22, and immersed within washing liquid 5 in a washing vessel 2 to be deburred by making a piezoelectric transducer 4 function. The washing liquid 5 overflows to enter a steam vessel 6 through a recovering vessel 23 and a recovering pipe 24, and is heated by a heater 7 to turn into steam, which is liquefied through a condensating pipe 9 of a steam condenser 10 to enter a water separator 12 for separating moisture. The washing liquid 5 from which the moisture has been separated enters a deaerator 3 through an introducing pipe 13, and is heated by a heater to cause separation at its boiling point for deaerating dissolved gas, and returns to the washing vessel 2. Thus supersonic radiation can generate cavitation more effectively to complete a deburring work without any post-processing.
