Claims (1)
- 金属放熱板と、この上面のアルミナセラミツク
などの絶縁基板と、この絶縁基板上に一列に配列
する複数の発熱体とからなるサーマルヘツドにお
いて、前記金属放熱板の下面に発熱によつて生じ
る反りを防止するための形状記憶合金を貼り合わ
せたことを特徴とするサーマルヘツド。
