流コイル。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 磁性材料中に少くとも部分的に入つて延び
た孔の位置をマツピングするための渦電流プロー
ブであつて、マツピングされるべき孔内で上記プ
ローブの長手方向軸線に平行に摺動挿入可能な大
きさを持つプローブハウジングと、上記プローブ
の一端に取り付けられ、上記プローブの上記軸線
に平行な中心軸線を有する第1の渦電流コイルと
、上記プローブの上記軸線の一側に配置され、上
記プローブの軸線に垂直な中心軸線を有する第2
の渦電流コイルと、上記プローブの軸線に関して
上記第2の渦電流コイルの反対側で、上記第2の
渦電流コイルと共通の中心軸線に沿つて重ねて配
置された第3の渦電流コイルと、上記プローブの
軸線の一側に配置され、上記プローブの軸線に垂
直かつ上記第2及び第3の渦電流コイルの中心軸
線に垂直な中心軸線を有する第4の渦電流コイル
と、上記プローブの上記軸線に関して上記第4の
渦電流コイルの反対側で、上記第4の渦電流コイ
ルと共通の中心軸線に沿つて重ねて配置された第
5の渦電流コイルと、それぞれの上記コイルを励
磁する交流電流を供給する装置と、上記それぞれ
のコイルの相対的なインピーダンスを表わす電気
的出力を発生する装置とを備えた渦電流プローブ
。 (2) 上記第2及び第3の渦電流コイルが、上記
第4及び第5の渦電流コイルから上記渦電流プロ
ーブの中心軸線の方向に隔置された実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項記載の渦電流プローブ。 (3) 上記第1の渦電流コイルが上記第2及び第
3の渦電流コイルから上記渦電流プローブの軸線
に沿つて隔置された実用新案登録請求の範囲第2
項記載の渦電流プローブ。 (4) 上記第2及び第3の渦電流コイルならびに
上記第4及び第5の渦電流コイルが、それぞれブ
リツジ回路の対辺として接続された実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれか記載の
渦電流プローブ。 (5) 上記第2及び第3の渦電流コイルがインピ
ーダンス整合した実用新案登録請求の範囲第4項
記載の渦電流プローブ。 (6) 上記渦電流コイルが、相互間に磁気遮蔽を
有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項ないし第5
項のいずれか記載の渦電流プローブ。 (7) 上記第2及び第3の渦電流コイルが、上記
第1の渦電流コイルにより誘起された渦電流の経
路を柱状化するように上記第1の渦電流コイルに
より生じた磁界を集中させるよう構成された実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項ないし第6項のいずれ
か記載の渦電流プローブ。
