Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金型キヤビテイから離型した成形品とランナ部
    とを所定の位置に案内する空気噴出装置を固定側
    および可動側金型間の上方に設け、 前記成形品が落下する落下口に滑走板を接続し
    、 該滑走板に複数の仕切板を互いに平行状に配設
    して成形品が落下する第１通路と、 ランナ部が落下する第２通路と、原料樹脂交換
    時における成形品およびランナ部が落下する第３
    通路とを形成し、 互いに隣接する前記通路を仕切る仕切板を回動
    自在に枢支し、 前記仕切板は、良品が成形される成形条件時に
    は前記通路と平行状に位置し、また不良品が成形
    される成形条件時には前記第１通路を塞ぐ方向に
    回動して前記第１および第２通路を合流させる位
    置をとり、さらに原料樹脂交換時には前記第１お
    よび第２通路を塞ぐ方向に回動して前記第１、第
    ２および第３通路を合流させる位置をとることを
    特徴とする射出成形品の選別装置。
