Claims (1)
- デイジタル制御装置を有する化学装置において
、所定の重要プロセス量のＡ／Ｄ変換器の出力及
び同プロセス量に対応する異常値設定信号を入力
し自己の出力の１つを異常警報信号とする比較回
路と、同比較回路の他の出力及び手動停止信号を
入力する停止ロジツク回路等とを備えるバツクア
ツプ制御装置、並びに同停止ロジツク回路及びデ
イジタル制御装置の信号を入力し制御出力信号及
び異常状態制御信号を出力する切替回路を備えて
なることを特徴とするデイジタル制御装置。
