Claims (1)
- 供給されたミツクスを冷却する冷却シリンダの
内部に、駆動装置に連動して回転する攪拌装置を
架設して成る冷菓製造装置において、前記冷却シ
リンダの後部を軸シールを介して挿通する前記攪
拌装置の回転軸の周囲に、空胴部を画成するハウ
ジングを設け、該ハウジングに殺菌作用を有する
流体を、前記空胴部に導く入口通路及び該空胴部
から排出する出口通路を形成したことを特徴とす
る冷菓製造装置。
