Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A CPU of a control unit A includes a flash switch 11, a user sensor 12, and a timer circuit 16a connected thereto, and the circuit 16a is operated to measure using time (t) by the sensor 12. Also, the CPU is provided with an ROM 17 having a control program and set time T (e.g. 160 sec.) stored therein, and an electromagnetic valve 15 is controlled via a driving circuit 19. When the switch 11 turns on and the sensor turns off, the CPU 16 outputs a urine flash signal for about 3 sec relative to the circuit 19, and thereafter the waiting program is processed, and the sensor 12 turns off after the using time (t) passes the set time (T), the CPU outputs a flash signal for about 16 sec.
