ａは開口、１５ａ，１５ｂはニツピングローラ、
１７はチヨツパブレード、３０は折丁検出部、３
１，３２は光センサ、３１ａ，３２ａは発光器、
３１ｂ，３２ｂは受光器、３１ｃ，３２ｃは光ビ
ーム、４０は判定回路である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 搬送テーブル上を通つて搬送されてくる折丁を
当てに当接させて停止させ、停止した折丁の中央
部にチヨツパブレードを降下させて折丁を一対の
ニツピングローラ間に咥え込ませるチヨツパ折り
装置において、 搬送テーブルのうち折丁が搬送方向に沿い移動
する区間に光ビームを照射して折丁の有無を検知
する第１の光センサと、搬送テーブルのうち折丁
がニツピングローラで咥え込まれて前記搬送方向
に対し直交する方向に移動する区間に光ビームを
照射して折丁の有無を検知する第２の光センサと
を有し、しかも、紙詰りの無い正常時には両光セ
ンサで同時に折丁の存在を検知することがない位
置に両光センサを配置した折丁検出部と、 この折丁検出部の第１の光センサと第２の光セ
ンサの検出信号を受け、両方の光センサが同時に
折丁の存在を検知したときに紙詰りが発生すると
判別する判定回路と、 を具備したことを特徴とするチヨツパ折り装置
の紙詰り検知装置。
