Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- (1) 실질적으로 선형인 폴리(오르가노실록산)을 무산소 분위기 중에서 760 내지 0.01 토르의 압력 및 200 내지 800℃ 범위의 온도에서 고정상 산성 촉매층에 점진적으로 접촉시켜 휘발성의 고리형 폴리(실록산)을 제조하는 단계와; (2) 축합시킨 다음, 상기 단계(1)로부터 휘발성의 고리형 폴리(실록산)을 회수하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기의 실질적으로 선형인 폴리(오르가노실록산)은 디오르가노실록시 단위, 오르가노히드로겐실록시 단위 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 화학적으로 결합된 오르가노실록시 단위 3 내지 20개로 주로 구성되는 것이 특징인 고리형 폴리(실록산)의 제조 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 선형인 폴리(오르가노실록산)은 주로 화학적으로 결합된 디오르가노실록시 단위로 구성되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실질적으로 선형인 폴리(오르가노실록산)은 폴리(디메틸실록산)인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선형인 폴리(오르가노실록산)은 주로 화학적으로 결합된 오르가노히드로겐실록시 단위로 구성되는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 선형인 폴리(오르가노실록산)이 메틸히드로겐폴리(실록산)인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고정상 산성 촉매층이 산성 제올라이트 층(Zeolite bed)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고정상 산성 촉매층이 광물산(mineral acid)으로 재질된 분자체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선형인 폴리(오르가노실록산)이 디오르가노실록시 단위 및 오르가노실록시 단위의 공중합체 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 공중합체가 화학적으로 결합된 디메틸실록시 단위 및 메틸히드로겐실록시 단위로 주로 구성된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력이 0.1 내지 40토르인 방법.
