Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 질소 산화물을 함유하는 배기 가스를, 과량의 산소를 함유하는 산화 대기중에서 탄화수소 또는 산소 함유 화합물이 존재하에 산성 금속 산화물로 이루어진 촉매와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 배기 가스로부터 질소 산화물을 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소 산화물을 함유하는 배기 가스를 산화촉매와 추가로 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산성 금속 산화물이 알루미나, 산화티타늄, 산화지르코늄, 실리카-알루미나, 실리카-마그네시아, 실리카-지르코니아 또는 알루미나-티타니아인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산성 금속 산화물이, 금속 산화물을 황산 이온을 갖는 화합물로 처리하여 수득되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 금속 산화물이 알루미나, 산화티타늄, 산화지르코늄, 실리카-알루미나, 실리카-마그네시아, 실리카-지르코니아 또는 알루미나-티타니아인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 황산 이온을 갖는 화합물이 황산 또는 황산암모늄인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 금속 산화물을 농도가 0.01 내지 10mol/ℓ이고 중량이 처리될 금속 산화물 중량의 5 내지 20배인 황산과 접촉시킴으로써 금속 산화물을 황산 이온을 갖는 화합물로 처리하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 산성 금속 산화물이 황산 이온을 갖는 화합물로 처리하고, 공기 중에서 300 내지 800℃의 온도에서 하소시켜 수득되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산화 촉매가 귀금속, 비금속(base metal) 또는 퍼로브스카이트(perovskite) 결정 구조를 갖는 물질을 기공 안에 함유한 다공성 담체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 귀금속이 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 루테늄 또는 이리듐이고, 비금속이 란타늄, 세륨, 구리 또는 철이고, 퍼로브스카이트 결정 구조를 갖는 물질이 코발트 란타늄 트리옥사이드, 철 란타늄 트리옥사이드 또는 코발트 스트론튬 트리옥사이드인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매적 환원을 수행하기 위해 필요한 이론적 양을 20 내지 2,000% 초과하는 양의 탄화수소 또는 산소 함유 화합물의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 탄화수소가 기상 또는 액상인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 탄화수소가 기상이고 메탄, 에탄, 프로판, 부탄, 에틸렌, 프로필렌 또는 부틸렌인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 탄화수소가 액상이고 가솔린, 케로센, 가스 오일, 또는 중유인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 산소 함유 화합물이 알콜, 에테르, 에스테르 또는 케톤인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 200 내지 800℃인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배기 가스를 500 내지 100,000/hr의 공간 속도로 촉매 층에 공급하는 방법.
