Claims (8)
- 착색안료를 함유하는 수지도막이 형성된 칼라수지도장금속판에 있어서, 착색수지도막의 부착량이 건조도막중량 환산치로 0.2~3.0g/m2이고, 또한 착색안료가 건조도막중에 1~30중량%가 함유되는 것으로서, 이 착색수지도막형성전의 금속판의 60°거울광택도를 G0, 수지도막형성후의 도장금속판의 60° 거울광택도를 G1이라 할 때, G1은 다음식 (1)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라수지도장금속판.G0>G1 0.5 G0-------(1)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도막중에 황색안료를 단독으로 또는 황색안료와 적색안료를 2종류이상 혼합하고 헌터의 색소차식(色素差衣)에 있어서의 크로마티넥스지수의 지수 a및 b가 다음 (2)식을 만족하여 황금색의 색조를 가지도록 한 칼라수지도장금속판.-4a6 및 2b25 ‥‥(2)
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수지도막 형성전의 금속판은, 전기아연도금강판으로 되는 칼라수지도장금속판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전기 아연도금강판의 Zn 도금층의 6방정 Zn 결정의 방향성은 다음 (3)식을 만족하는 칼라수지도장금속판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전기 아연도금강판의 Zn도금층표면의 임의 관찰영역에 있어서, 길이 5μm 이상의 Zn 단결정이 일정한 방향성을 가지고 성장하고 있는 영역의 면적이 상기 임의의 관찰영역 전면적의 70% 이하인 칼라수지도장금속판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전기아연도금강판의 Zn도금층 표면의 임의의 관찰영역에 있어서, 길이 5μm이상의 Zn 단결정이 일정한 방향성을 가지고 성장하고 있는 영역의 면적이 상기 임의의 관찰영역의 전면적의 70% 이하인 칼라수지도장금속판.
- 제1항, 2항, 4항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 도장금속판은 착색안료를 함유하는 수분산형 또는 수용성 페인트를 사용하는 칼라수지도장 금속판의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 도장금속판은 착색안료를 함유하는 수분산형 또는 수용성페인트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라수지도장금속판의 제조방법.
