Claims (6)
- 테트라에톡시실란, 트리에톡시아르신, 트리메틸포스피트 및 트리메톡시보란과 같은 유기원을 사용하는 화학증착 공정에서 배출되는 페가스를 무해화하는 방법에 있어서, 먼저 페가스를 활성탄과 약 300cm/분 이하의 선속도로 주변온도에서 접촉시키는 단계와 그후 산화촉매와 산소 존재하에 약 10,000h-1이하의 공간속도로 약120 내지 200℃의 온도에서 접촉시키는 단계로 이루어지고 상기한 산소의 양은 페가스에 존재하는 CH3CHO, C2H5OH 및 CO를 완전히 산화하는데 필요한 산소의 총 화학량론적 양이상의 수준으로 항상 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 페가스 무해화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화촉매가 MnO2, CuO, Pt 및 Pd로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 페가스 무해화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페가스의 선속도가 제1단계에서 약 150cm/분 이하인 페가스 무해화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페가스의 공간속도가 제2단계에서 약 6,000h-1이하인 페가스 무해화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화촉매의 온도가 약 120 내지 160℃인 페가스 무해화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 먼저 페가스를 활성탄과 약 40cm/분의 선속도로 주변온도에서 접촉시키고 그후 산화촉매와, 산소 존재하에 약 500h-1의 공간속도로 약 120 내지 200℃의 온도에서 접촉시키는 단계로 수행하는 페가스 무해화 방법.
