- C2내지 C4의 단쇄 산 잔기와 C16내지 C24의 장쇄 포화 지방산 잔기를 포함하는 저칼로리 트리글리세리드를 약 50% 이상 포함하는 분무 오일 조성물로 코팅된 기질을 포함하는 식품으로서, 오일의 고형 지방 지수가 70℉(21.1℃)에서 약 50% 이상이고, 80℉(20.7℃)에서는 약 40% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품.

- 제3항에 있어서, 약 75% 이상 함유된 지방산이 스테아르산 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 약 90% 이상 함유된 장쇄 지방산이 스테아르산 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단쇄 산 잔기가 아세트산과 프로피온산의 혼합물로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제7항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단쇄 산 잔기가 아세트산과 부티르산의 혼합물로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단쇄 산 잔기가 아세트산, 프로피온산, 및 부티르산의 혼합물로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
