- 유기 용매 중에서 하기 화학식 V의 할로겐화물에 탈할로겐화 수소제를 작용시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 하기 화학식 VI의 메틸렌 화합물의 제조 방법.<화학식 V><화학식 VI>상기 식 중, X는 염소 원자 또는 브롬 원자를 나타내며, R2는 벤조일기 또는 아세틸기를 나타낸다.
- 하기 화학식 III의 에스테르를 메탄올을 함유하는 유기 용매 중에서 수소화 붕소 나트륨 또는 수소화 붕소 리튬으로 환원시키고, 얻어진 하기 화학식 IV의 알콜에 용매 없이 또는 유기 용매 중에서 염기의 존재하 또는 비존재하에 할로겐화제를 작용시키며, 얻어진 하기 화학식 V의 할로겐화물에 유기 용매 중에서 탈할로겐화 수소제를 작용시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 하기 화학식 VI의 메틸렌 화합물의 제조 방법.<화학식 III><화학식 IV><화학식 V><화학식 VI>상기 식 중, R1은 메틸기 또는 에틸기를 나타내며, R2는 벤조일기 또는 아세틸기를 나타내고, X는 염소 원자 또는 브롬 원자를 나타낸다.
- 하기 화학식 VI의 메틸렌 화합물을 물 또는 물을 함유하는 유기 용매 중에서 강알칼리로 가수 분해시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 하기 화학식 VII의 4-메틸렌피페리딘의 제조 방법.<화학식 VI><화학식 VII>상기 식 중, R2는 벤조일기 또는 아세틸기를 나타낸다.
- 하기 화학식 I의 이소니페코틴산 에스테르에, 염기의 존재하 또는 비존재하에 화학식 II 또는 식 II'의 아실화제를 작용시키고, 얻어진 하기 화학식 III의 에스테르를 메탄올을 함유하는 유기 용매 중에서 수소화 붕소 나트륨 또는 수소화 붕소 리튬으로 환원시키며, 얻어진 하기 화학식 IV의 알콜에 용매 없이 또는 유기 용매 중에서 염기의 존재하 또는 비존재하에 할로겐화제를 작용시키고, 얻어진 하기 화학식 V의 할로겐화물에 유기 용매 중에서 탈할로겐화 수소제를 작용시키며, 얻어진 하기 화학식 VI의 메틸렌 화합물을 물 또는 물을 함유하는 유기 용매 중에서 강알칼리로 가수 분해시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 하기 화학식 VII의 4-메틸렌피페리딘의 제조 방법.<화학식 I><화학식 II>R2X<화학식 II'>(R2)2O<화학식 III><화학식 IV><화학식 V><화학식 VI><화학식 VII>상기 식 중, R1은 메틸기 또는 에틸기를 나타내며, R2는 벤조일기 또는 아세틸기를 나타내고, X는 염소 원자 또는 브롬 원자를 나타낸다.
