Abstract
Description
Claims (43)
- 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름으로서, 상기 혼합 필름은 반대방향의 양 표면(opposed side surfaces)을 갖고 두께가 10㎛에서 500㎛ 사이인 유리 필름과, 상기 유리 필름의 상기 양면 중 적어도 어느 한 쪽 표면에 부가되는 폴리머 층을 구비하며, 상기 폴리머 층은 1㎛에서 200㎛ 사이의 두께를 가지며 상기 양면 중 적어도 어느 한 쪽 표면에 직접 부가되며, 특히 상기 혼합 필름의 적어도 어느 한 쪽 표면은 100nm 이하의 기복(waviness)과 30nm 이하의 거칠기 RT를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 광지연은 20nm를 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 필름은 긁힘(streak) 100nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 필름의 양 쪽 표면은 기복이 100nm 이하이고 거칠기 RT가 30nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 필름의 두께는 10㎛내지 400㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 층의 두께는 2㎛ 내지 100㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 필름은 또한 그의 적어도 한 쪽 모서리 위에 상기 폴리머 층이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머층은 5,000N/㎟ 이하의 탄성계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름의 투과도(transmission)는 코팅되지 않은 유리 필름의 90% 이상이고, 상기 폴리머 코팅에 의해 야기되는 흐림도(cloudiness)는 1% 이하로 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면의 거칠기 RT는 20nm 이하이고, 상기 표면의 기복은 80nm 이하이고, 상기 광 지연은 15nm를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 계속적인 사용 시 상기 필름은 130℃까지 내온성(temperature-resistant)을 갖고, 단기간 가열의 경우에는 상기 필름은 140℃까지 내온성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 층은 실리콘 폴리머, 졸-겔 폴리머, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에테르 술폰, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리이미드, 시클로-올레핀 코폴리머, 폴리아릴레이트(polyarylate) 또는 실리콘 레진으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 필름은 알루미노규산염(aluminosilicate) 유리, 알루미노붕규산염(aluminoborosilicate) 유리, 붕규산염(borosilicate) 유리, 바람직하게는 무알칼리(alkali-free) 붕규산염 유리로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에서 주장된 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법으로서,하향-당김(down-draw) 공정을 이용하여 2m/min 내지 12m/min의 당김 속도로 두께가 10㎛ 내지 500㎛인 유리 필름을 생산하는 단계;상기 유리 필름 표면을 전처리하는 단계;1㎛ 내지 200㎛의 두께를 갖는 폴리머 층을 액체 상태로 직접 부가하는 단계; 및폴리머 코팅된 유리 필름을 절단하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 1항에서 주장된 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법으로서,하향-당김(down-draw) 공정을 이용하여 2m/min 내지 12m/min의 당김 속도로 두께가 10㎛ 내지 500㎛인 유리 필름을 생산하는 단계;상기 유리 필름을 절단하는 단계;상기 유리 필름 표면을 전처리 하는 단계; 및1㎛ 내지 200㎛의 두께를 갖는 폴리머 층을 액체 상태로 직접 부가하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 층은 스피닝 혹은 스프레이 스피닝에 의해 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 층은 붓기(pouring on), 롤링, 스프레잉 또는 디핑(dipping)에 의해 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 측면에 부가하여, 적어도 하나의 모서리가 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 10㎛ 내지 400㎛의 두께를 갖는 상기 유리 필름이 유리 당김 장치에서 상기 하향-당김 법으로 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 코팅으로 두께가 2㎛내지 100㎛인 폴리머 층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 표면 처리는 상기 코팅 전에 오존 함유 분위기에서 자외선(UV) 방사 또는 코로나 처리 혹은 플레이밍(flaming) 처리에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 후, 상기 폴리머 코팅이 UV 방사에 의해 경화되는 것 및/또는 열 영향 하에 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머는 실리콘 폴리머, 졸-겔 폴리머, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에테르 술폰, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리이미드, 시클로 올레핀 코폴리머, 폴리아릴레이트 또는 실리콘 레진으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 유리 필름의 생산을 위해, 알루미노규산염 유리, 알루미노붕규산염 유리, 붕규산염 유리, 바람직하게는 무알칼리 붕규산염 유리로 된 유리 필름이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 특히 액정이나 발광 층을 기반으로 하여, 전자 부품과 광전자 부품들을 생산하기 위한, 제 1항에서 주장된 상기 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름의 이용방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 필름은 긁힘(streak) 50nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 필름은 긁힘(streak) 50nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 필름의 두께는 10㎛ 내지 200㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 필름의 두께는 10㎛ 내지 100㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 층의 두께는 2㎛ 내지 50㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머층은 2,600N/㎟ 이하의 탄성계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머층은 1,500N/㎟ 이하의 탄성계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면의 거칠기 RT는 20nm 이하이고, 상기 표면의 기복은 50nm 이하이고, 상기 광 지연은 15nm를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면의 거칠기 RT는 20nm 이하이고, 상기 표면의 기복은 30nm 이하이고, 상기 광 지연은 15nm를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면의 거칠기 RT는 10nm 이하이고, 상기 표면의 기복은 80nm 이하이고, 상기 광 지연은 15nm를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면의 거칠기 RT는 10nm 이하이고, 상기 표면의 기복은 50nm 이하이고, 상기 광 지연은 15nm를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면의 거칠기 RT는 10nm 이하이고, 상기 표면의 기복은 30nm 이하이고, 상기 광 지연은 15nm를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 계속적인 사용 시 상기 필름은 130℃까지 내온성(temperature-resistant)을 갖고, 단기간 가열의 경우에는 상기 필름은 180℃까지 내온성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 계속적인 사용 시 상기 필름은 130℃까지 내온성(temperature-resistant)을 갖고, 단기간 가열의 경우에는 상기 필름은 200℃까지 내온성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 혼합 필름은 전자부품 안에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 10㎛ 내지 200㎛의 두께를 갖는 상기 유리 필름이 유리 당김 장치에서 상기 하향-당김 법으로 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 10㎛ 내지 100㎛의 두께를 갖는 상기 유리 필름이 유리 당김 장치에서 상기 하향-당김 법으로 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 코팅으로 두께가 2㎛ 내지 50㎛인 폴리머 층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리/합성수지 혼합 필름을 생산하는 방법.
