Claims (11)
- 메인 브레이크 실린더와, 휠 브레이크 실린더 및 멀티 플런저 펌프를 포함하고, 상기 멀티 플런저 펌프의 흡입측은 상기 메인 브레이크 실린더와 연결되고, 상기 멀티 플런저 펌프의 압력측은 상기 휠 브레이크 실린더와 연결되고, 상기 멀티 플런저 펌프는 각각 하나의 스텝 플런저를 가지는 짝수개의 유압펌프로 구성되고, 상기 유압 펌프내에는 인렛 밸브가 통합되며, 상기 유압 펌프는 양변위 챔버에 연결된 아웃렛 밸브를 포함하는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치에 있어서,상기 멀티 플런저 펌프의 스텝 플런저(68)의 구동은 위상 오프셋되어 이루어지지만 역위상으로는 이루어지지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스텝 플런저(68)의 구동은 대략 π를 스텝 플런저(68)의 수로 나눈 위상 편이로 또는 그 배수의 위상 편이로 이루어지지만, π의 위상 편이로는 이루어지지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 차량 브레이크 장치는 적어도 2 개의 스텝 플런저(68)를 가지는 멀티 플런저 펌프를 갖는 싱글 회로 브레이크 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 차량 브레이크 장치(10)는 각각의 브레이크 회로(I, II)에 대해 적어도 하나의 스텝 플런저(68)를 가지는 멀티 플런저 펌프를 구비한 멀티 회로 브레이크 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 브레이크 회로(I, II)는 압력 보상 장치를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 브레이크 회로(I, II)는 적어도 하나의 플로우팅 플런저(16)를 가지는 멀티 회로 메인 브레이크 실린더(12)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스텝 플런저(68)는 이송 행정에서 귀환 행정에서와 대략 동일한 흡입 체적을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 멀티 플런저 펌프의 연속하는 스텝 플런저(68)는 상이한 브레이크 회로(I, II)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 차량 브레이크 장치(10)는 전환 밸브(28)를 구비하며, 이것에 의해 상기 멀티 플런저 펌프의 압력측이 상기 메인 브레이크 실린더(12)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 차량 브레이크 장치(10)는 하나의 흡입 밸브(54)를 가지며, 상기 흡입 밸브는 상기 멀티 플런저 펌프의 흡입측과 메인 브레이크 실린더(12) 사이에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 차량 브레이크 장치(10)는 브레이크 압력 변조 밸브 장치(34, 38)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치.
