수 연속상 유액의 고형분 함량이 75%를 초과하고 평균 입자 크기가 5㎛ 미만이고 물로 희석시 고형분 함량이 낮은 안정한 유액을 생성시키기에 충분한 안정성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 수 연속상 유액 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (14)
- 점도가 0.5 내지 1,000,000KPa·s이고 유리 전이 온도가 50℃ 이하인 경화성 탄성중합체(A) 100부,계면활성제(B) 3 내지 30부,내부 경화 첨가제(C) 0.5 내지 50부 및물(D) 5 내지 45부를 포함하는 수 연속상 유액 조성물(water-continuous emulsion composition)로서,수 연속상 유액의 고형분 함량이 75%를 초과하고 평균 입자 크기가 5㎛ 미만이고 물로 희석시 고형분 함량이 낮은 안정한 유액을 생성시키기에 충분한 안정성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 수 연속상 유액 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화성 탄성중합체가 천연 고무, 스티렌-부타디엔, 부타디엔, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔(EPDM), 부틸 고무, 니트릴 고무, 클로로프렌 고무, 플루오로카본 탄성중합체, 폴리설파이드 고무 및 폴리우레탄으로부터 선택된 탄성중합체로부터 유도된 실릴화 중합체인, 수 연속상 유액 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화성 탄성중합체가, 반복 단위의 50mol% 이상이 이소부틸렌 단위인 실릴화 폴리이소부틸렌 중합체인, 수 연속상 유액 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 실릴화 폴리이소부틸렌 중합체가하나 이상의 C4 내지 C7 이소모노올레핀 50mol% 이상과 하나 이상의 비닐 방향족 단량체를 포함하는 올레핀 공중합체(a),화학식 RR'SiY2의 실란(b)[여기서, R은 1가의 올레핀계 불포화 탄화수소 또는 하이드로카본옥시 라디칼이고, Y는 각각 가수분해성 유기 라디칼이고, R'는 알킬 라디칼, 아릴 라디칼 또는 Y 라디칼이다] 및유리 라디칼 생성제(c)의 반응 생성물인, 수 연속상 유액 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부 경화 첨가제가 카복실산 관능성 탄화수소인, 수 연속상 유액 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소제(E)를 추가로 포함하는, 수 연속상 유액 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 저분자량 산(F)을 추가로 포함하는, 수 연속상 유액 조성물.
- 점도가 0.5 내지 1,000,000KPa·s이고 유리 전이 온도가 50℃ 이하인 경화성 탄성중합체(A) 100부, 계면활성제(B) 3 내지 30부, 내부 경화 첨가제(C) 0.5 내지 50부 및 물(D) 5 내지 45부를 혼합하여, 고형분 함량이 75%를 초과하고 평균 입자 크기가 5㎛ 미만이며 물로 희석시 고형분 함량이 낮은 안정한 유액을 생성시키기에 충분한 안정성을 갖는, 경화성 탄성중합체의 수 연속상 유액을 형성시키는 단계(I)를 포함하는, 경화성 탄성중합체의 수 연속상 유액의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 물이 점증분으로 첨가되고, 각각의 점증분이 합한 성분(A)와 성분(B)의 8중량% 미만을 차지하고, 각각의 점증분의 물이 선행 점증분의 물의 분산 후, 선행 점증분에 연속적으로 첨가되고, 탄성중합체의 수 연속상 유액을 형성시키기에 충분한 점증분의 물이 첨가되는, 경화성 탄성중합체의 수 연속상 유액의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 경화성 탄성중합체가 이소모노올레핀과 비닐 방향족 단량체의 실릴화 공중합체인, 경화성 탄성중합체의 수 연속상 유액의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 가소제(E)가 혼합시에 포함되는, 경화성 탄성중합체의 수 연속상 유액의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 저분자량 산(F)이 혼합시에 포함되는, 경화성 탄성중합체의 수 연속상 유액의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 추가의 물을 경화성 탄성중합체의 수 연속상 유액에 혼합시켜 경화성 탄성중합체의 희석된 유액을 형성시키는 단계(III)를 추가로 포함하는, 경화성 탄성중합체의 수 연속상 유액의 제조방법.
- 제8항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 생성된 수 연속상 유액.
