Claims (10)
- 전동체의 구름면이 형성된 궤도축과, 상기 전동체를 통하여 궤도축에 걸어맞춤과 동시에 상기 궤도축과 상대적으로 이동하는 슬라이드부재와, 이 슬라이드부재에 장착됨과 동시에, 이와 같은 상대이동에 따라 상기 궤도축의 표면에 윤활유를 도포하는 윤활유 공급부재를 구비한 직선운동장치에 있어서,상기 윤활유 공급부재는, 상기 궤도축에 맞닿아 이 궤도축에 윤활유를 도포하는 윤활유도포체와, 이 윤활유 도포체에 인접하여 설치되어, 윤활유를 흡수하여 이것을 유지하는 한편, 상기 윤활유 도포체에 대하여 윤활유를 공급하는 윤활유 흡수저장체와, 상기 윤할유 흡수저장체로부터 윤활유 도포체로 공급되는 윤활유의 양을 제어하는 유량제어수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 공급부재는 상기 슬라이드부재에 장착되는 케이싱을 구비하고, 상기 윤활유 도포체 및 윤활유 흡수저장체는 이 케이싱내에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 흡수저장체와 윤활유 도포체의 재질을 다르게 함으로써, 상기 유량제어수단을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유량제어수단은, 상기 윤활유 흡수저장체와 윤활유 도포체를 격리함과 동시에, 윤활유 흡수저장체측으로부터 윤활유 도포체측으로 윤활유를 투과시키는 유량조정막인 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 공급량 제어수단은, 상기 윤활유 흡수저장체와 윤활유 도포체를 격리함과 동시에, 윤활유의 공급구멍이 개설된 유량조정판인 것을 특징으로 하는 직선안내장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 궤도축에 도포해야 하는 윤활유의 양에 따라, 상기 유량조정판에 개설된 공급구멍의 내경, 개수, 또는 내경 및 개수가 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선안내장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱은 궤도축의 표면에 밀착하는 밀봉 가장자리부를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱은 연탄성체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동장치.
- 전동체를 통하여 궤도축에 걸어맞추는 슬라이드부재에 장착되어, 이러한 슬라이드부재와 궤도축의 상대적인 이동에 따라 상기 궤도축에 윤활유를 도포하는 윤활유 공급장치로서,상기 궤도축에 맞닿아 상기 궤도축에 윤활유를 도포하는 윤활유 도포체와, 이 윤활유 도포체에 인접하게 설치되어, 윤활유를 흡수하여 이것을 유지하는 한편, 상기 윤활유 도포체에 대하여 윤활유를 공급하는 윤활유 흡수저장체와, 상기 윤활유 흡수저장체로부터 윤활유 도포체로 공급되는 윤활유의 양을 제어하는 유량제어수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 공급장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 도포체 및 윤활유 흡수저장체는 케이싱내에 수용됨과 동시에, 이 케이싱을 통하여 상기 슬라이드 부재에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 공급장치.
