Description
Claims (10)
- 밸브 본체와, 증발기로 송출되는 냉매의 유량을 조정하는 밸브 수단과, 상기 증발기에서 압축기로 송출되는 냉매의 온도에 따라, 상기 밸브 수단을 구동하는 파워 요소부로 이루어진 팽창 밸브에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체는 그 측면에 밸브 본체와 일체로 형성된 돌출부를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부는 팽창 밸브의 부착용 관통 구멍이 존재하는 위치에 대응하여 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 관통 구멍은 상기 돌출부에서 소정 간격을 두고 떨어져서 상기 밸브 본체 내에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부에 관통 구멍이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부에 배관 부착 부재의 부착 구멍이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 밸브.
- 밸브 본체와, 이 밸브 본체 내에 형성된 응축기에서 증발기로 향하는 제1 통로의 냉매의 유량을 조정하는 밸브 본체와, 상기 밸브 본체 내에 형성된 상기 증발기에서 압축기로 향하는 제2 통로의 냉매의 온도에 따라 상기 밸브 수단을 구동하는 파워 요소부로 이루어진 팽창 밸브에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체에 형성된 팽창 밸브의 부착용 관통 구멍에 대응하여 상기 밸브 본체의 측면에 일체로 형성된 돌출부를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체는 상기 파워 요소부가 설치된 상부와는 반대쪽의 하부가 두께가 얇게 구성된 제1의 얇은 두께 부분을 구비함과 더불어, 제1의 얇은 두께 부분과 상기 돌출부의 사이에 밸브 본체가 얇은 두께로 구성된 제2의 얇은 두께 부분을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부와 상기 파워 요소부 사이에 밸브 본체가 얇은 두께로 구성된 제3의 얇은 두께 부분을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 밸브.
- 각주 형태의 밸브 본체와, 증발기로 송출되는 냉매의 유량을 조정하는 밸브 수단과, 상기 증발기에서 압축기로 송출되는 냉매의 온도에 따라 상기 밸브 수단을 구동하는 파워 요소부로 이루어진 팽창 밸브에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체는 그 측면에 밸브 본체와 일체로 형성된 각주 형태의 돌기부를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 밸브.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 돌기부에 배관 부착 부재의 부착 구멍이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창 밸브.
