Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 양극전극과 상기 양극전극에 대향하는 음극전극과의 사이에, 유기화합물로 구성되는 적어도 일 층의 발광층을 포함하는 유기전기장발광성소자로서, 상기 양극전극에 접해서 위치하는 유기층은, 전자수용성 도펀트로서, 상기 유기층의 유기화합물을 산화하는 성질을 가지는 전자수용성 화합물을 포함하는 유기화합물로 형성되며, 상기 전자수용성 화합물은 진공중으로 동시층착법에 의해 상기 유기층에 도핑되는 유기전기장발광성소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전자수용성 도펀트가 무기화합물을 포함하는 유기전기장발광성소자.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 전자수용성 도펀트가, 염화제2철, 염화알루미늄, 염화갈륨, 염화인듐, 및 오염화안티몬으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 루이스산화합물을 포함하는 유기전기장발광성소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전자수용성 도펀트가 유기화합물을 포함하는 유기전기장발광성소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기층의 유기화합물에 대한 전자수용성 화합물의 몰비율이 0.1∼10의 범위인 유기전기장발광성소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기층의 총 두께가 2000Å보다 큰 유기전기장발광성소자.
