Claims (17)
- 가요성 보조 지지체 및 상기 보조 지지체의 적어도 한 측면 상에 배치된 분리층을 포함하며, 상기 분리층은 그것에 표면 접촉된 기능층을 완전히 분리시키거나 또는 국부적으로 제한하여 분리시키는, 다층 복합체에 있어서, 분리층이 연속 상 및 입자형 충전제를 분리층에 대해 약 0.01 내지 50 중량%의 농도로 포함하고, 충전제 입자의 표면이 연속 상으로 완전히 커버되며, 연속 상은 교차 결합된 폴리유기 실록산을 함유하고, 보조 지지체의 반대편에 놓인 분리층 표면이 약 400 내지 50000 nm의 표면 조도(Rt) 및 약 40 내지 5000 nm의 평균 조도(Ra)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 분리층의 평균 두께가 (건조 기판에 대해) 약 3 g/㎡ 까지, 특히 0.05 내지 2 g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 충전제의 입자 크기가 약 0.01 내지 20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 충전제의 입자 크기가 약 0.05 내지 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 충전제의 평균 입자 크기가 약 0.1 내지 8㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조도(Rt)가 약 600 내지 2500 nm 이고 평균 조도(Ra)가 약 77 내지 250 nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조도(Rt)가 적어도 약 650nm 이고 평균 조도(Ra)가 적어도 약 80 nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자형 충전체가 칼슘 카보네이트, 규조토, 점토, 중공 유리 구슬, 알루미늄 실리케이트, 석고, 마그네슘 카보네이트, 입자 형성 중합체 물질, 특히 PTFE, 활석, 섬유, 방해석, 석회, 운모, 비정질 이산화실리콘, 실리케이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보조 지지체가 플라스틱 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 플라스틱 박막이 열가소성 폴리에스테르 및/또는 폴리올레핀으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 교차 결합된 폴리 유기 실록산이 Si 원자에 결합된, 분자 당 적어도 2개의 알케닐기를 포함하는 폴리 유기 실록산의 라디칼 교차결합에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 1항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 교차 결합된 폴리 유기 실록산이 Si 원자에 결합된 H 원자를 가진 폴리 유기 실록산 및 Si 원자에 결합된 알케닐기를 가진 폴리 유기 실록산의 교차결합에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 1항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 교차 결합된 폴리 유기 실록산이 실란올기로 가수분해 가능한 기를 포함하는 폴리 유기 실록산으로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 1항 내지 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합체가 분리층 상에 부가로 기능층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 기능층은 접착제층, 투명한 또는 유색 플라스틱층, 특히 염색된 플라스틱층, 접착제층 및 투명한 또는 유색, 특히 염색 층으로 이루어진 적층물인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
- 교차 결합 가능한 기를 포함하는 폴리 유기 실록산과 입자형 충전제로 이루어진 혼합물을 공지된 방식으로 가요성 보조 지지체 상에 도포한 다음, 폴리 유기 실록산의 교차 결합을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항 내지 14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다층 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 교차 결합이 UV 광선 또는 전자빔에 의해 열적으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 복합체.
