Claims (6)
- 초전도 기재를 금속관에 삽입하고,관의 외표면의 제 1 부분이 관의 표면의 제 2 부분과 접촉하도록 금속관을 둘둘 말고,기재의 초전도 상태를 형성하기 위하여 초전도 기재로 채워진 금속관을 금속관의 용융 온도에 가까운 온도로 가열하는 단계로 구성된 초전도 와이어의 제조방법에 있어서,묶이거나 둘둘 말리기 전에 금속관의 외표면의 적어도 제 1 부분 및 제 2 부분에 액체 코팅부가 제공되며, 상기 코팅부는 초전도 재료의 초전도 상태가 형성되는 온도에서 완전하게 증발되거나 연소되는 액체 성분과, 액체 성분 내에 부유되며 금속관의 용융 온도보다 높은 용융 온도를 갖는 분말 재료로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 와이어의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분말 재료는 금속 산화물로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 와이어의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 금속관의 제 1 및 제 2 외표면에 도포될 때 금속관의 제 1 외표면 위의 금속 산화물 입자가 금속관의 제 2 외표면과 접촉하지 않거나, 또는 그 반대로 금속관의 제 2 외표면 위의 금속 산화물 입자가 금속관의 제 1 외표면과 접촉하지 않을 정도의 밀도로 배치되는 양으로 된 분말 금속 산화물이 부유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 와이어의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 액체 매질은 아세톤, 알콜 또는 톨루엔 등의 용제로 구성되거나, 폴리비닐 부티랄(PVB) 등의 폴리머와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 와이어의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 폴리비닐 부티랄은 0.1 내지 10의 중량비 사이, 바람직하게는 1 내지 4의 중량비 사이의 양으로 된 폴리머로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 와이어의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분말로 된 금속 산화물은 지르코늄 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 와이어의 제조방법.
