Claims (15)
- 연소실로부터 배출된 배기 가스 중의 미립자를 제거하기 위한 미립자 필터상에, 주위에 과잉 산소가 존재하면 산소를 받아들여 산소를 보유하고 또한 주위의 산소 농도가 저하되면 보유한 산소를 활성 산소 형태로 방출하는 활성 산소 방출제를 담지시켜, 미립자 필터에 유입되는 배기 가스의 공연비를 통상은 린 상태로 유지하는 동시에 때때로 일시적으로 리치 상태로 전환하여 배기 가스의 공연비가 리치 상태로 전환되었을 때에는 활성 산소 방출제로부터 방출되는 활성 산소에 의해 미립자 필터상의 미립자의 산화 반응을 촉진시켜, 그것에 의하여 미립자 필터상의 미립자가 휘염(luminous flames)을 발하지 않고 산화 제거되는 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 연소실로부터 배출된 배기 가스 중의 미립자를 제거하기 위한 미립자 필터상에, 주위에 과잉 산소가 존재하면 산소를 받아들여 산소를 보유하고 또한 주위의 산소 농도가 저하되면 보유한 산소를 활성 산소 형태로 방출하는 동시에, 미립자 필터에 유입되는 배기 가스의 공연비가 린 상태일 때에는 배기 가스 중의 NOx를 흡수하여 미립자 필터에 유입되는 배기 가스의 공연비가 이론 공연비 또는 리치 상태로 되면 흡수한 NOx를 방출하는 활성 산소 방출·NOx흡수제를 담지시켜, 미립자 필터에 유입되는 배기 가스의 공연비를 통상은 린 상태로 유지하는 동시에 때때로 일시적으로 리치 상태로 전환하여 배기 가스의 공연비가 리치 상태로 전환되었을 때에는 활성 산소 방출·NOx흡수제로부터 방출되는 활성 산소에 의해 미립자 필터상의 미립자의 산화 반응을 촉진시키는 동시에, 활성 산소 방출·NOx흡수제로부터 방출되는 NOx를 환원시키고, 그것에 의하여 미립자 필터상의 미립자가 휘염을 발하지 않고 산화 제거되는 동시에, 배기 가스 중의 NOx가 제거되는 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 미립자 필터는 단위 시간당 연소실로부터 배출되는 배출 미립자량이 미립자 필터상에서 단위 시간당 휘염을 발하지 않고 산화 제거 가능한 산화 제거 가능 미립자량보다도 적을 때에는 미립자를 미립자 필터상에서 휘염을 발하지 않고 산화 제거하고, 해당 배출 미립자량이 해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량을 넘었다고 해도 배기 가스의 공연비를 때때로 일시적으로 리치 상태로 전환함으로써 미립자가 미립자 필터상에서 휘염을 발하지 않고 산화 제거되도록 해당 배출 미립자량 및 해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량을 유지하도록 한 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량이 미립자 필터의 온도의 함수인 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량은 미립자 필터의 온도에 더하여, 배기 가스 중의 산소 농도 또는 NOx농도의 적어도 하나의 함수인 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량이 적어도 미립자 필터의 온도의 함수로서 미리 기억되어 있는 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,해당 배출 미립자량이 해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량을 넘었을 때에는 해당 배출 미립자량이 해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량보다도 적어지도록 배출 미립자량과 산화 제거 가능 미립자량의 적어도 한쪽을 제어하도록 한 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,해당 배출 미립자량이 해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량을 미리 정해진 양 이상 넘었을 때에는 해당 배출 미립자량이 해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량보다도 적어지도록 배출 미립자량과 산화 제거 가능 미립자량의 적어도 한쪽을 제어하도록 한 배기 가스 정화 방법
- 제 7 항에 있어서,미립자 필터의 온도를 상승시킴으로써 해당 배출 미립자량을 해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량보다도 적게 하도록 한 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,해당 배출 미립자량을 감소시킴으로써 해당 배출 미립자량을 해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량보다도 적게 하도록 한 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,배기 가스 중의 산소 농도를 높임으로써 해당 배출 미립자량을 해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량보다도 적게 하도록 한 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,미립자 필터상에서 단위 시간당 휘염을 발하지 않고 산화 제거되는 산화 제거 미립자량을 산출하고, 해당 배출 미립자량이 해당 산화 제거 미립자량을 넘었을 때에는 해당 배출 미립자량이 해당 산화 제거 미립자량보다도 적어지도록 해당 배출 미립자량 또는 해당 산화 제거 가능 미립자량의 적어도 한쪽을 제어하도록 한 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,미립자 필터상에 귀금속 촉매를 담지한 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,미립자 필터상에 귀금속 촉매에 더하여, 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리토류 금속 또는 희토류 또는 천이 금속을 담지한 배기 가스 정화 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리토류 금속이 칼슘보다도 이온화 경향이 높은 금속으로 이루어지는 배기 가스 정화 방법.
