Claims (24)
- 처리면에 오염방지처리제로 이루어진 피막이 형성된 물줄기관계의 요업제품으로서,상기 오염방지처리제는, 상기 처리면에 존재하는 수산기와 탈수반응 또는 탈수소반응에 의해 결합하는 규소함유관능기를 가진것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 규소함유관능기끼리에서는 결합하지않는 것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 오염방지처리제는, 규소함유관능기와 결합한 말단의 불화탄소기를 가진것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 불화탄소기는 -CnF2n+1(n은 1≤n≤12의 자유수)인것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 오염방지처리제는, 규소함유관능기와 결합한 말단의 불화탄소기를 가지는 동시에, 상기 규소함유관능기와 결합한 말단의 알킬기를 가지고, 상기 불화탄소기보다 상기 알킬기가 많은 것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 오염방지처리제는, 규소함유관능기와 결합한 말단의 불화탄소기를 가지는 동시에, 상기 규소함유관능기와 결합한 말단의 알킬기를 가지고, 상기 알킬기보다 상기 불화탄소기가 많은것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 규소함유관능기와 알킬기는 디메틸실록산에 의해 결합하고 있는것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 규소함유관능기와 알킬기는 디메틸실록산에 의해 결합하고 있는것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 오염방지처리제는 제 1제와 제 2제를 혼합한 것이며, 상기 제 1제는 퍼플로로알킬기함유 유기규소화합물과 가수분해성기함유 메틸폴리실록산화합물과의 친수성용매속에서 공(共)가수분해물이며, 상기 제 2제는 오르가노폴리실록산과 강산(强酸)과의 혼합물인것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 디메틸실록산은 직쇄형상으로 규소함유관능기와 알킬기를결합하고 있는것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 처리면은 물젖음과 건조를 반복하는 부품인 것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품.
- 물줄기관계의 요업제품의 처리면에 오염방지처리제로 이루어진 피막을 형성하고, 상기 처리면에 오염방지처리를 행하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품의 오염방지처리방법으로서,상기 오염방지처리제는, 상기 처리면에 존재하는 수산기와 탈수반응 또는 탈수소반응에 의해 결합하는 규소함유관능기를 가진것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품의 오염방지처리방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 규소함유관능기끼리에서는 결합하고있지않는것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품의 오염방지처리방법.

- 제 17항에 있어서, 규소함유관능기와 알킬기는 디메틸실록산에 의해 결합하고 있는것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품의 오염방지처리방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 오염방지처리제는 제 1제와 제 2제를 혼합한 것이며, 상기 제 1제는 퍼플로로알킬기함유유기규소화합물과 가수분해성기 함유 메틸폴리실록산화합물과의 친수성용매속에서의 공가수분해물이며, 상기 제 2제 오르가노폴리실록산과 강산과의 혼합물인것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품의 오염방지처리방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 디메틸실록산은 직쇄형상으로 규소함유관능기와 알킬기를 결합하고있는 것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품의 오염방지처리방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 처리면은 이미 사용되어있는것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품의 오염방지처리방법.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 처리면에 수산기를 재생성시키는 전처리공정을 행하는 것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품의 오염방지처리방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 처리면은 물젖음과 건조를 반복하는 부분인 것을 특징으로하는 물줄기관계의 요업제품의 오염방지처리방법.
