Description
Claims (12)
- 공조장치의 냉매순환회로를 구성하고, 크랭크실의 압력이 상승하면 토출용량을 감소시키고 동 크랭크실의 압력이 저하되면 토출용량을 증대시키는 구성의 용량가변형 압축기의 토출용량을 제어하기 위한 용량제어기구로써,상기 용량가변형 압축기의 크랭크실과 냉매순환회로의 흡입압력영역을 접속하는 추기통로와,상기 용량가변형 압축기의 크랭크실과 냉매순환회로의 토출압력영역을 접속하는 급기통로와,상기 냉매순환회로의 냉매압력을 기계적으로 검출하고 동 검출압력에 따라 변위가능한 제 1 감압부재와, 추기통로 또는 급기통로의 일측의 개도를 조절가능한 제 1 밸브체를 구비하고, 제 1 감압부재의 변위는, 냉매순환회로의 냉매압력의 변동을 부정하는 측에 용량가변형 압축기의 토출용량이 변경되도록 제 1 밸브체의 위치결정에 반영되는 구성의 제 1 제어밸브와,상기 추기통로 또는 급기통로의 일측에 있어서, 제 1 제어밸브의 밸브개도 조절위치보다도 하류측에 설정된 검압영역과,상기 검압영역의 냉매압력을 기계적으로 검출하고 동 검출압력에 따라 변위가능한 제 2 감압부재와, 동 제 2 감압부재의 변위에 따라 추기통로 또는 급기통로의 타측의 개도를 조절가능한 제 2 밸브체를 구비하고, 검압영역의 냉매압력이 높아지면 밸브개도를 작게 하는 구성의 제 2 제어밸브로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는용량제어기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 추기통로 또는 급기통로의 일측에서 제 1 제어밸브의 밸브개도 조절위치보다도 하류측에는 고정 조임이 배치되고, 동 일측의 통로에 있어서 제 1 제어밸브에 의한 밸브개도 조절위치와 고정 조임과의 사이가 검압영역을 구성하고 있는 용량제어기구.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 제어밸브는 급기통로의 개도를 조절하고, 제 2 제어밸브는 추기통로의 개도를 조절하는 구성인 용량제어기구.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 제어밸브의 밸브개도는, 제 2 감압부재에 대해 밸브 페쇄방향에 작용하는 검압영역의 압력과, 제 2 밸브체에 대해 밸브 개방방향에 작용하는 추기통로내의 크랭크압과의 차압에 따라 조절되는 구성인 용량제어기구.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 감압부재에서 검압영역의 압력을 받는 유효수압(受壓)면적보다도, 제 2 밸브체에 있어서 추기통로내의 크랭크압을 받는 유효수압면적이 크게 설정되어 있는 용량제어기구.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 제어밸브는, 밸브 하우징내에 설치된 스풀 유지부와, 동 스풀 유지부로 이동가능하게 끼워맞춤 유지된 스풀을 구비하고, 동 스풀 유지부와 스풀과의 사이에는 검압영역의 압력이 도입되는 배압실이 구획되어 있고,상기 스풀은 그 일단측에 작용하는 배압실내의 압력과 타단측에 작용하는 추기통로내의 크랭크압과의 차압(差壓)에 의거하여 변위하고, 나아가서는 동 변위에 따라 타단측에 위치하는 차단면이 밸브 시트에 대해 접리(接離)함으로써 추기통로의 개도를 조절가능한 것으로, 동 스풀이 제 2 감압부재 및 제 2 밸브체를 겸하고 있는 용량제어기구.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 스풀에는 일단측으로부터 타단측으로 연결통로가 관통형성되어 있고, 동 연결통로의 일단측은 배압실내에서 개구됨과 동시에, 타단측은 차단면에 의해 둘러싸인 밸브 시트와의 비접촉영역에서 개구되어 있는 용량제어기구.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 크랭크실과 흡입압력영역을 접속하는 제 2 추기통로를 구비하고 있는 용량제어기구.
- 제 1 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 제어밸브에서 제 1 감압부재 및 제 1 밸브체는, 용량가변형 압축기의 하우징에 고정되는 동 하우징과는 별체의 밸브 하우징내에 수용되고, 이 동일한 밸브 하우징내에 제 2 제어밸브의 제 2 감압부재및 제 2 밸브체를 수용한 용량제어기구.
- 제 1 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 제어밸브에는, 제 1 감압부재에 부여하는 힘을 외부로부터의 제어에 의해 조절함으로써, 동 제 1 감압부재에 의한 제 1 밸브체의 위치결정동작의 기준이 되는 설정압력을 변경가능한 설정압력 변경수단이 구비되어 있는 용량제어기구.
- 제 1 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 제어밸브의 제 1 감압부재는, 냉매순환회로를 따라 설정된 2 개의 압력감시점간의 압력차를 검출하고, 동 검출압력차에 따라 변위하는 구성인 용량제어기구.
- 제 1 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 제어밸브의 제 1 감압부재는, 냉매순환회로의 흡입압력영역의 압력을 검출하고, 동 검출흡입압력의 절대값에 따라 변위하는 구성인 용량제어기구.
