Description
Claims (15)
- (질량%로) 0.02-0.3%의 C 외에, 최대 1%의 Mn 및 최대 1%의 Si, 또 0.1-2.5%의 Mo 및/또는 0.1-2.5%의 Cr, 1.0% 이하의 Nb 및 31.0-45.0%의 Ni를 함유하고 나머지는 아이언 및 제조시의 불순물이고, 20-100℃에서 6.0 x 10-6/K 미만의 열팽창계수를 가지는, 열팽창이 낮은 크리프-내성 아이언-니켈 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 함량이 (질량%로) 최대 1%의 Mn, 최대 1%의 Si, 최대 1%의 Nb 뿐만 아니라, 38-39%의 Ni, 1.6-2.0%의 Mo, 0.6-1.0%의 Cr 및 0.122-0.28%의 C가 되도록 선택되는 것을특징으로 하는아이언-니켈 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 함량이 (질량%로) 최대 1%의 Mn, 최대 1%의 Si, 최대 1%의 Nb 뿐만 아니라, 35-38%의 Ni, 1.0-1.6%의 Mo, 0.2-0.6%의 Cr 및 0.1-0.18%의 C가 되도록 선택되는 것을특징으로 하는아이언-니켈 합금.
- 제4항에 있어서, 함량이 (질량%로) 최대 1%의 Mn, 최대 1%의 Si, 최대 1%의 Nb 뿐만 아니라, 35-38%의 Ni, 1.7-1.1%의 Mo, 최대 1.0%의 Cr 및 0.08-0.12%의 C가 되도록 선택되는 것을특징으로 하는아이언-니켈 합금.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 함량이 (질량%로) 최대 1.0%의 Mn, 최대 1%의 Si, 최대 1%의 Nb 뿐만 아니라, 35-38%의 Ni, 0.4-0.8%의 Mo, 0.1-0.3%의 Cr 및 0.08-0.12%의 C가 되도록 선택되는 것을특징으로 하는아이언-니켈 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (질량%로) 0.5-7%의 코발트를 첨가하는 것을특징으로 하는아이언-니켈 합금.
- 제6항에 있어서, 니켈 함량이 (질량%로) 31-45%가 되도록 선택되는 것을특징으로 하는아이언-니켈 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 아이언-니켈 합금을 스크린 및 모니터의 섀도우 마스크 뿐만 아니라 섀도우 마스크의 프레임 부품으로 사용하는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 아이언-니켈 합금을 열적 마이메탈의 패시브 부품으로 사용하는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 아이언-니켈 합금을 액화 가스의 제조, 저장 및 운반에 사용하는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 아이언-니켈 합금을 레이저 기술의 부품으로 사용하는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 아이언-니켈 합금을 리드 프레임으로 사용하는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 아이언-니켈 합금을 금속 및 유리를 함계 용융시키기 위하여 사용하는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 아이언-니켈 합금을 스크린 또는 모니터 섀도우 마스크의 프레임 부품으로 사용하는 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 아이언-니켈 합금을 전자총 부품, 특히 텔레비젼 튜브로 사용하는 용도.
