Claims (6)
- 조리될 조리물이 담긴 조리실를 갖는 전자렌지에 사용하기 위한 제어부로서,조리될 조리물의 입력정보를 받아들이는 입력부와,상기 입력정보에 따라 상기 조리물의 상태를 판단하는 판단부와,상기 판단된 조리물의 상태에 따라 조리물이 담긴 조리실 안의 공기 순환을 제어하는 공기순환유닛을 포함하는 전자렌지 제어유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공기순환유닛은 공기가 조리실로부터 배출되는 배기구들의 상대면적과 공기의 유동속도의 하나를 변화시킴으로써 공기순환을 제어하는 특징을 포함하는 전자렌지 제어유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 공기순환유닛은 냉각팬을 포함하고 상기 냉각팬의 회전속도를 변화시켜 상기 공기의 유동속도를 변화시키는 특징을 포함하는 전자렌지의 제어유닛.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 공기순환유닛은 상기 입력정보를 이용하여 판단된 조리물의 양이 미리 설정된 기준양보다 적은 경우 상기 냉각팬의 회전속도를 미리 정해진 기준속도에서감소시키고, 상기 입력정보를 이용하여 판단된 조리물의 양이 미리 설정된 기준양보다 많은 경우 상기 냉각팬의 회전속도를 미리 정해진 기준속도에서 증가시키도록 상기 냉각팬을 제어하는 특징을 포함하는 전자레인지의 제어유닛.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 공기순환유닛은 냉각팬의 회전속도를 높은 회전수 설정에서 낮은 회전수 설정으로 줄이는 방법과 냉각팬을 온 또는 오프 시키는 방법, 그리고 이들 조합의 어느 하나에 의해 상기 냉각팬의 회전속도를 감소시키는 특징을 포함하는 전자렌지의 제어유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공기순환유닛은 상기 조리실에서 배출되는 공기를 감지하는 습도센서와 상기 조리실에서 조리물을 조리하는 가열요소 모두의 과열을 방지하기 위해 공기 순환을 조절하는 특징을 포함하는 전자렌지의 제어유닛.
