Claims (53)
- 심장 조직의 바람직하지 않은 신호 전송을 감소시키기 위한 조직 손상 생성 장치이며,상기 장치는 심장에 인접한 신체 도관 내로 혈관 계통을 통해 삽입되어 심장 조직 내로 관통되도록 형상의 변경을 받도록 구성되고 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조직 손상 생성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 상기 도관벽을 통해 심장 조직 내로 관통되도록 구성되고 배열되는 조직 손상 생성 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 초기의 긴 형상을 갖고, 상기 장치는 길이 방향에 횡방향으로 그 치수를 확장시키기 위해 그 형상을 변경시키도록 구성되고 배열되는 조직 손상 생성 장치.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 형상 기억 재료를 포함하는 조직 손상 생성 장치.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 횡방향으로 확장 가능한 관형부를 포함하는 조직 손상 생성 장치.

- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 절개 아암은 적어도 하나의 폐쇄 루프를 포함하는 형상을 갖는 조직 손상 생성 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 절개 아암은 상기 절개 아암의 종방향으로 서로 차례로 배열된 복수의 폐쇄 루프를 포함하는 형상을 갖는 조직 손상 생성 장치.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 관형부로부터 상이한 반경 방향으로 연장되도록 형상을 변경시키기 위해 구성되고 배열된 적어도 두 개의 절개 아암을 포함하는 조직 손상 생성 장치.
