Claims (14)
- 녹차 추출물을, 유기 용매와 물의 질량비가 65/35 ~ 97/3 의 혼합 용액 그리고 활성탄 및/또는 산성 백토 또는 활성 백토와 접촉 처리하고, 얻어진 녹차 추출물 용액의 유기 용매와 물의 질량비를 0/100 ~ 85/15 로 조정하고, 이어서 이 용액 중에 석출된 탁함을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고형분 중에 비중합체 카테킨류를 36 ~ 99 질량% 함유하는 정제 녹차 추출물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,녹차 추출물을 활성탄 및/또는 산성 백토 또는 활성 백토와 접촉 처리한 후, 활성탄 및/또는 산성 백토 또는 활성 백토를 제거하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,얻어진 녹차 추출물 용액의 유기 용매와 물의 질량비를 0/100 ~ 85/15 로 조정하는 경우에, 가수 및/또는 이 용액으로부터 탈유기용매하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,석출된 탁함의 분리 수단이 원심 분리 및/또는 여과인 정제 녹차 추출물의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,여과가 용액에 여과 보조제를 첨가하고, 여과 보조제로 프리코팅된 여과기로 여과하는 제조 방법.
- 비중합체 카테킨류를 고형분당 25 ~ 90 질량% 함유하는 용액을 원심 분리 및/또는 용액에 여과 보조제를 첨가하고, 여과 보조제로 프리코팅된 여과기로 여과하여 분리하는 정제 녹차 추출물의 제조 방법.
- 녹차 추출물을 유기 용매와 물의 질량비가 91/9 ~ 97/3 의 혼합 용액에 분산시키고, 활성탄 및/또는 산성 백토 또는 활성 백토와 접촉시켜 얻어진 용액에 가수 및/또는 탈유기용매하여, 이 용액 중의 유기 용매와 물의 질량비를 70/30 ~ 40/60 의 범위로 하고, 또한 원심 분리 및/또는 용액에 여과 보조제를 첨가하고, 여과 보조제로 프리코팅된 여과기로 여과하는 정제 녹차 추출물의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,여과 보조제가 셀룰로오스, 규조토 또는 이들의 조합인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,탁함을 -15 ~ 78℃ 에서 분리하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기 용매가 에탄올인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,얻어지는 정제 녹차 추출물을 비중합체 카테킨류 (A) 당 10 질량% 의 수용액으로 했을 때의 헤이즈값이 0 ~ 70 인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,녹차 추출물이 녹차 추출액을 탄나아제 처리하여 얻어지는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법으로 제조되고, 고형분 중에 36 ~ 99 질량% 의 비중합체 카테킨류를 함유하며, 정제 녹차 추출물을 비중합체 카테킨류 (A) 당 10 질량% 의 수용액으로 했을 때의 헤이즈값이 0 ~ 70 인 정제 녹차 추출물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법으로 제조된 정제 녹차 추출물을 함유하는 용기에 담은 음료.
