Claims (18)
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소 원자에 대하여 (R) 배열인 N-메틸날트렉손 이중 이온.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소 원자에 대하여 (S) 배열인 N-메틸날트렉손 이중 이온.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 헤미수화물, 이수화물 또는 삼수화물 형태로부터 선택된 수화물 형태인 N-메틸날트렉손 이중 이온.
- (R)-N-메틸날트렉손 이중 이온 이수화물.
- 수용액중의 N-메틸날트렉손 메틸 설페이트를, 수성 반응 매체의 pH가 7 내지 10이 되도록, 탄산나트륨, 탄산칼륨, 탄산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 탄산세슘, 탄산스트론튬 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 알칼리성 제제와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에서 정의된 바와 같은 N-메틸날트렉손 이중 이온의 제조 방법.
- (i) 수용액중의 N-메틸날트렉손 메틸 설페이트를, 수성 반응 매체의 pH가 7 내지 10가 되도록, 탄산나트륨, 탄산칼륨, 탄산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 탄산세슘, 탄산스트론튬 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 알칼리성 제제와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진 단계; 및(ii) 그리하여 얻은 생성물을, 수성 반응 매체의 pH가 0.5 내지 5가 되도록 첨가하는 브롬화수소산과 반응시켜 N-메틸날트렉손 브롬화물을 얻는 것으로 이루어진 단계를 포함하는, N-메틸날트렉손 브롬화물의 제조 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 알칼리성 제제가 탄산나트륨, 탄산칼륨 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 메탄올을 단계 (ii)의 종반에 첨가하며, 반응 매체를 20℃ 내지 80℃의 온도로 가열하고, 잔존하는 불용성 물질을 여과로 분리한 후, 여과액을 냉각시키고, 여과액으로부터 목적하는 N-메틸날트렉손 브롬화물이 결 정화되는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (i)의 종반에 얻은 불용성 생성물을 흡인 여과후 분리하고, 그후 메탄올/물 혼합물에 현탁시켜 단계 (ii)에 대한 수성 반응 매체를 구성하고, 단계 (ii)에서 20℃ 내지 80℃의 온도에서 브롬화수소산과의 반응을 수행하고, 잔존하는 불용성 물질을 여과에 의하여 분리하고, 여과액을 냉각시키고, 여과액으로부터 목적하는 N-메틸날트렉손 브롬화물이 결정화되는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 얻은 N-메틸날트렉손 브롬화물을 아세톤/물 혼합물에 용해시키고, 환류 가열한 후, 고온 여과에 의하여 분리하고, 고온의 여과액을 따뜻한 아세톤과 접촉하도록 두어 N-메틸날트렉손 브롬화물을 침전시키고, 반응 매체를 0℃ 미만의 온도로 냉각시키고, 그리하여 침전된 N-메틸날트렉손 브롬화물을 여과에 의하여 회수하는 정제 단계로 처리하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, N-메틸날트렉손 메틸 설페이트가, O-벤질-N-메틸날트렉손 메틸 설페이트를 수소화 단계로 처리하여 얻는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, O-벤질-N-메틸-날트렉손 메틸 설페이트가, O-벤질날트렉손을 아세톤중에서 탄산수소나트륨의 존재하에 디메틸 설페이트와 반응시키고, 반응 매체를 O-벤질날트렉손 화합물의 허용 가능한 소실에 충분한 시간 동안 환류시켜 얻는 방법.
- O-벤질-N-메틸날트렉손 메틸 설페이트.
- 제14항에 있어서, 질소 원자에 대하여 (R) 배열인 O-벤질-N-메틸날트렉손 메틸 설페이트.
- 제14항에 있어서, 질소 원자에 대하여 (S) 배열인 O-벤질-N-메틸날트렉손 메틸 설페이트.
- 제13항에 있어서, O-벤질날트렉손이, 날트렉손 염산염 또는 염기 날트렉손을 아세톤중에서 탄산칼륨의 존재하에 벤질 브롬화물과 반응시키고, 반응 매체를 환류 유지한 후, 냉각시키고, 여과하며, 아세톤을 여과액으로부터 증발시켜 오일 형태의 목적하는 화합물을 얻는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 날트렉손 염산염 또는 염기 날트렉손이, 노록시모르폰 염산염을 디메틸아세트아미드중에서 탄산수소나트륨의 존재하에 브로모메틸시클로프로판과 반응시키고, 반응 매체를 60℃ 내지 75℃의 온도로 가열하여 얻는 방법.
