Claims (23)
- 중합체 이소시아네이트, 및 임의로는,
이소시아네이트 예비중합체
를 포함하는 이소시아네이트 성분, 및
소수성 폴리올, 및
2개 이상의 히드록실기를 갖고 분자량이 약 62 내지 약 220인 사슬 연장제를 포함하는 이소시아네이트-반응성 성분
의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 탄성중합체 조성물 및 골재(aggregate)를 포함하는 기층(base course layer); 및
상기 기층 위에 배치되는 마모층(wearing course layer)
을 포함하는 복합 포장 구조물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기층의 상기 골재는 상기 탄성중합체 조성물에 의해 구속된 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기층이 다공성인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기층이 비다공성인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기층의 상기 골재가 암석을 포함하는 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 골재의 평균 직경이 약 1 내지 약 100 mm인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마모층이 상기 기층의 상기 골재와 동일하거나 상이한 골재를 포함하는 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마모층이 아스팔트를 포함하는 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마모층이 콘크리트를 포함하는 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 성분이 상기 중합체 이소시아네이트 및 상기 이소시아네이트 예비중합체를 포함하고, 상기 이소시아네이트 예비중합체가, 상기 이소시아네이트 성분 100 중량부를 기준으로, 상기 이소시아네이트 성분 내에 약 25 내지 약 75 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 것인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 사슬 연장제가, 상기 이소시아네이트-반응성 성분 100 중량부를 기준으로, 상기 이소시아네이트-반응성 성분 내에 약 5 내지 약 10 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 것인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 폴리올이 천연 오일 폴리올을 포함하는 것인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 천연 오일 폴리올이 피마자유인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사슬 연장제가 알킬렌 글리콜을 포함하는 것인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 알킬렌 글리콜이 디프로필렌 글리콜인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 예비중합체가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리올의 반응 생성물을 포함하고, NCO 함량이 약 22.9 중량%이고, 평균 NCO 관능가가 약 2 내지 약 3인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 이소시아네이트가 중합체 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 포함하고, NCO 함량이 약 31.5 중량%이고, 평균 NCO 관능가가 약 2 내지 약 3인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 폴리올이, 상기 이소시아네이트-반응성 성분 100 중량부를 기준으로, 상기 이소시아네이트-반응성 성분 내에 약 80 내지 약 99 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 것인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체 조성물이, 상기 기층 100 중량부를 기준으로, 상기 기층 내에 약 1 내지 약 10 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 것인 복합 포장 구조물.
- 골재를 기층의 탄성중합체 조성물로 코팅하여 복합 재료를 형성하는 단계,
복합 재료를 공동에 배치하여 공동 한정 영역 내에 기층을 형성하는 단계,
임의로는, 복합 재료를 압착하여 기층의 다공성을 감소시키는 단계, 및
마모 조성물을 기층 상에 도포하여 공동 한정 영역 내에 마모층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 복합 포장 구조물로 공동 한정 영역을 포장하는 방법. - 제20항에 있어서, 코팅 단계가 골재에 탄성중합체 조성물을 분무하는 것으로 추가로 정의되는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 코팅 단계가 골재를 장치에서 탄성중합체 조성물로 텀블-코팅(tumble-coating)하는 것으로 추가로 정의되는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 마모 조성물이 아스팔트 조성물 및/또는 콘크리트 조성물인 방법.
