Claims (22)
- 지지 기재;
상기 지지 기재의 일면에 형성되며, 제1 하드코팅 층 100 중량부에 대하여, 제1 광경화성 가교 공중합체를 40 내지 60 중량부로 포함하고, 상기 제1 광경화성 가교 공중합체 내에 분산되어 있는 제1무기 미립자를 40 내지 60 중량부로 포함하는 제1 하드코팅 층; 및
상기 지지 기재의 다른 일면에 형성되며, 제2 하드코팅 층 100 중량부에 대하여, 제2 광경화성 가교 공중합체를 60 초과 내지 100 중량부 미만으로 포함하고, 상기 제2 광경화성 가교 공중합체 내에 분산되어 있는 제2 무기 미립자를 0 초과 내지 40 중량부 미만으로 포함하는 제2 하드코팅 층을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광경화성 가교 공중합체는 각각 독립적으로, 동일하거나 상이하게 3 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체의 가교 공중합체인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 3 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체는 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(TMPTA), 트리메틸올프로판에톡시 트리아크릴레이트(TMPEOTA), 글리세린 프로폭실화 트리아크릴레이트(GPTA), 펜타에리트리톨 테트라아크릴레이트 (PETA), 및 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사아크릴레이트(DPHA)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광경화성 가교 공중합체는 각각 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하게 상기 3 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체에 더하여 1 내지 2 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체가 더 가교 중합되어 있는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 1 내지 2 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체는 하이드록시에틸아크릴레이트(HEA), 하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트(HEMA), 헥산디올디아크릴레이트(HDDA), 트리프로필렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트(TPGDA), 및 에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트(EGDA)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광경화성 가교 공중합체는 각각 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하게, 상기 3 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체에 더하여 광경화성 탄성 중합체가 더 가교 중합되어 있는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 광경화성 탄성 중합체는 ASTM D638에 의해 측정한 신율(elongation)이 15 내지 200%인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 광경화성 탄성 중합체는 폴리카프로락톤, 우레탄 아크릴레이트계 폴리머, 및 폴리로타세인으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리로타세인은 말단에 (메타)아크릴레이트계 화합물이 도입된 락톤계 화합물이 결합된 고리형 화합물; 상기 고리형 화합물을 관통하는 선형 분자; 및 상기 선형 분자의 양 말단에 배치되어 상기 고리형 화합물의 이탈을 방지하는 봉쇄기를 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지 기재는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(polyethyleneterephtalate, PET), 사이클릭 올레핀 공중합체(cyclic olefin copolymer, COC), 폴리아크릴레이트(polyacrylate, PAC), 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate, PC), 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene, PE), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(polymethylmethacrylate, PMMA), 폴리에테르에테르케톤(polyetheretherketon, PEEK), 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(polyethylenenaphthalate, PEN), 폴리에테르이미드(polyetherimide, PEI), 폴리이미드(polyimide, PI), 트리아세틸셀룰로오스(triacetylcellulose, TAC) 및 MMA(methyl methacrylate)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 무기 미립자는 입경이 100nm 이하인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 무기 미립자는 각각 독립적으로 실리카 나노 미립자, 알루미늄 옥사이드 미립자, 티타늄 옥사이드 미립자 및 징크 옥사이드 미립자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광경화성 가교 공중합체 내에 분산 또는 가교되어 있는 첨가제를 더 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제는 상기 제1 및 제2 광경화성 가교 공중합체 내에 분산 또는 가교되어 있고, 1 내지 2 관능성 불소계 아크릴레이트, 불소계 계면 활성제 및 실리콘계 계면 활성제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 계면 활성제를 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 첨가제는 상기 제1 및 제2 가교 공중합체 내에 분산되어 있고, 벤조페논계 화합물 또는 벤조트리아졸계 화합물을 포함한 황변 방지제를 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1kg의 하중에서, 7H 이상의 연필 경도를 나타내는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 500g의 하중에서 스틸울 #0000로 400회 왕복하여 상기 하드코팅 필름 표면을 문질렀을 때, 2 개 이하의 스크래치가 발생하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 91% 이상의 광투과율, 0.4 이하의 헤이즈 및 1.0 이하의 b*값을 나타내는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, UV B 파장의 빛에 72 시간 동안 노출시켰을 때, 하드코팅 필름의 b*값의 변화가 0.5 이하인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 하드코팅 층의 두께는 각각 50 내지 150㎛인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 50℃ 이상의 온도 및 80% 이상의 습도에서 70 시간 이상 노출시킨 후 필름을 평면에 위치시켰을 때, 필름의 각 모서리 또는 일 변이 평면에서 이격되는 거리의 최대값이 1.0 mm 이하인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지 기재 및 상기 제1 및 제2 하드코팅 층의 두께의 비가 각각 1:0.5 내지 1:2인 하드코팅 필름.
