Claims (10)
- 분말 기반 적층 방법을 사용하여 제조되는, 최종 주조 몰드가 처리된 표면을 갖는, 특히 냉간 주조 방법에 사용되는, 주조 몰드.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 처리된 표면은 씰링, 코팅, 가공 및/또는 다른 처리의 형태를 포함하는, 주조 몰드. - 제1항 내지 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 처리된 표면은 적층 방법을 사용하여 제조된 이후의 주조 몰드보다 낮은 다공성을 갖는, 주조 몰드. - 로스트 왁스 주조 몰드 및/또는 연속 주조 몰드로서 냉간 주조 부품을 제조하기 위한, 선행하는 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 주조 몰드의 사용.
- 제4항에 있어서,
콘크리트 주조 부품 및/또는 냉간 주조 폴리머 구성 요소를 제조하기 위한 주조 몰드의 사용. - 특히 냉간 주조 방법에 사용되는, 주조 몰드를 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 주조 몰드는 분말 기반 적층 방법을 사용하여 빌드되고, 주조 몰드의 표면이 처리되는, 주조 몰드를 제조하는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 적층 방법은 바람직하게 분말 베드 기반 3D 프린팅 방법이고,
상기 적층 방법에 저온 수지 바인딩 시스템이 바람직하게 사용되고,
상기 표면은, 필요시, 소수성 물질로 추가로 바람직하게 씰링되고,
상기 표면의 다공성은 침투제에 의해 변경되는, 주조 몰드를 제조하는 방법. - 제6항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면의 다공성은 에폭시 수지, 폴리우레탄, 불포화 폴리에스테르, 페놀/레졸 수지, 아크릴레이트 및/또는 폴리스티렌에 의해 변경되는, 주조 몰드를 제조하는 방법. - 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면의 다공성은 블랙 워시 또는 분산액, 특히, 산화 지르코늄-, 산화 알루미늄-, 산화 칼슘-, 산화 티타늄-, 초크- 또는 규산- 기반의 블랙 워시 및/또는 플라스틱-, 셀룰로오스-, 설탕-, 밀가루- 및/또는 소금- 기반 용액에 의해 변경되는, 주조 몰드를 제조하는 방법. - 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면의 다공성은 그리스, 오일, 왁스 및/또는 열수에 용해 가능한 물질에 의해 변경되거나 씰링되는, 주조 몰드를 제조하는 방법.
