Claims (17)
- 중실(中實) 섬유의 외주부에 3개 이상의 핀이 길이 방향으로 연속하여 존재하는 형상을 갖고, 이하 (a) 및 (b)의 요건을 충족시키는, 다공질 섬유.
(a) 횡단면에 있어서, 내접원의 직경을 Di, 외접원의 직경을 Do로 하면,
이형도 Do/Di가 1.2 내지 6.6
(b) 세공의 비표면적이 50㎡/g 이상 - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 횡단면에 있어서의 모든 핀의 폭의 평균을 ω로 했을 때, ω/Di가 0.05 내지 2.0인, 다공질 섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 ω가 100㎛ 이하인, 다공질 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 횡단면 방향으로 균질한 구조를 갖는, 다공질 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평균 세공 반경이 0.5㎚ 이상, 100㎚ 이하인, 다공질 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세공 직경 분포 지수가 1.0 이상, 2.8 이하인, 다공질 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면 개공률이 0.5% 이상 30% 이하인, 다공질 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유의 표면 근방 치밀층 두께가 0.01㎛ 이상인, 다공질 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유의 표면 근방 치밀층 두께가 3.90㎛ 이하인, 다공질 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구멍 형상의 지수 Dxy가 0.2 이상, 6.0 이하인, 다공질 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 횡단면의 원 상당 직경이 10㎛ 이상 300㎛ 미만인, 다공질 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비정질성의 고분자 재료를 포함하는, 다공질 섬유.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비정질성의 고분자 재료가 에스테르기 함유 중합체인, 다공질 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 다공질 섬유를 18% 이상 포함하는 섬유 다발로서 사용하여 이루어지는 흡착 재료.
- 제14항에 있어서, 의료 용도인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 재료.
- 제15항에 있어서, β2-마이크로글로불린의 흡착량이 0.005㎎/㎤ 이상인, 의료용 흡착 재료.
- 플라스틱 케이싱에, 상기 제14항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 흡착 재료가 케이스 축방향으로 스트레이트 형상으로 배열되고, 상기 케이싱의 양단에 피처리액의 입구 포트, 출구 포트가 설치되어 이루어지는, 정화 칼럼.
