Description
도 2 : PDO : PDO1 : 기재된 공정에 따라 생성된 PDO의 δ18O/δ13C 비율; PDO2 : 기질로서 포도당으로부터 생성된 PDO; PDO3 : 화학 공정으로 생성된 PDO.
Claims (12)
- 클로스트리디움(Clostridium) 속의 생성 미생물을 배양 배지에서 배양하는 단계;
상기 생성 미생물로 하여금 글리세롤을 1,3-프로판디올로 전환하게 하는 단계; 및
1,3-프로판디올을 회수하는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 배양 배지는 90 내지 120 g/L로 포함된 높은 농도의 공업용 글리세린을 포함하고, 상기 공업용 글리세린은 글리세롤을 포함하며, 상기 배양 배지는 유기 질소원의 첨가가 없는 합성 배지이고, 상기 생성 미생물은 미리 상기 높은 농도의 공업용 글리세린의 존재 하에 성장하도록 조정된 미생물인 것을 특징으로 하는,
글리세린의 연속 발효 공정에서의 1,3-프로판디올의 생성 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양 배지 내에서 글리세롤이 105 g/L의 농도로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공업용 글리세린은 바이오디젤 생성으로부터의 부산물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배양 배지는 효모 추출물의 첨가가 없는 합성 배지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성 미생물이 클로스트리디움 아세토부틸리쿰(Clostridium acetobutylicum)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성 미생물이 유전적으로 변형된 박테리아인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성 미생물에서 글리세롤 데히드라타아제 활성은 조효소 B12 또는 그것의 전구체 중 하나의 존재에 비의존성이고 클로스트리디움 부틸리쿰(Clostridium butyricum)으로부터 유도된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 생성 미생물이 상기 높은 농도의 공업용 글리세린을 포함하는 0.005 내지 0.1 h-1의 희석률의 배양 배지에서 미생물을 배양하는 단계 및 상기 높은 농도의 공업용 글리세린을 갖는 상기 배양 배지에서 성장할 수 있도록 조정된 미생물을 선별하는 단계에 의해 생성 미생물로 조정된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 1,3-프로판디올이 추가로 정제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 90 내지 120 g/L로 포함된 높은 농도의 공업용 글리세린을 포함하는 0.005 내지 0.1 h-1의 희석률의 배양 배지에서 클로스트리디움 속의 미생물을 배양하는 단계이며, 여기서 상기 배양 배지는 유기 질소원의 첨가가 없는 합성 배지인 단계; 및
상기 높은 농도의 공업용 글리세린을 갖는 상기 배양 배지에서 성장할 수 있도록 조정된 미생물을 선별하는 단계
를 포함하는, 클로스트리디움 속의 미생물을 상기 높은 농도의 공업용 글리세린의 존재 하에 성장하도록 조정된 미생물로 변형하는 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 미생물은 0.005 내지 0.1 h-1의 희석률에서 24시간 내지 10일의 범위의 기간 동안 배양되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 따른 방법으로 수득된, 90 내지 120 g/L로 포함된 높은 농도의 공업용 글리세린의 존재 하에 성장하도록 조정된 클로스트리디움 속의 미생물.
