Abstract
Description
도 1는 첫 번째로 선호되는 한 실시예를 통하여 고체 배출 모듈의 단면을 도식적, 입체적으로 도시한다.
도 2는 도 1에 입각한 배출모듈을 구비한, 혼합 액체의 처리 그리고/또는 운반하기 위한 장치를 도식적으로, 입체적으로 도시하며, 이때 부분적으로는 단면을 도시한다.
도 3는 두 번째로 선호되는 한 실시예를 통하여 고체 배출 모듈의 단면을 도식적, 입체적으로 도시한다.
Claims (17)
- 혼합 액체를 통과시키는 장치(100)로부터, 특히 혼합 액체 속 고체 성분을 위한 분쇄 장치로부터 고체 물질을 배출하기 위한 고체 배출 모듈(1)로서,
- 하나의 고체 유입부(3),
- 혼합 액체를 통과시키는 장치(100)에 상기 고체 유입부(3)를 연결시키기 위한 결합부(31),
- 하나의 고체 배출부(5),
- 상기 고체 배출부(5)에 배치되어 있고 배출 모드와 폐쇄 모드 간 전환을 일으키는 하나의 차단기(9), 그리고
- 고체 유입부(3)로부터 고체 배출부(5)에 이르기까지 이어지는 운반실(7)을 가지며,
운반실(7) 내의 고체 물질 축적을 감지하고 디스플레이하게 되어 있는 고체 적재 상태 탐지기(13)를 특징으로 하는 고체 배출 모듈(1). - 청구항 1에 있어서,
운반실(7)에 배치되어 있으며 고체 유입부(3)로 유입되는 고체 물질을 고체 배출부(5)로 이동시키도록 되어있는 운반 수단을 특징으로 하는 고체 배출 모듈(1). - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 운반실(7)은 배출부의 바로 상류의 수평선에 대하여 기울어지게, 특히 수직방향으로 배치되어 있는, 고체 배출 모듈(1). - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 차단기(9)는 셧-오프(shut-ff) 슬라이드 밸브의 형태인, 고체 배출 모듈(1). - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고체 적재 상태 탐지기(13)는 상기 수집실(7)로의 유입을 위하여 하나의 탐색체(15)를 구비하는 탐색 장치의 형태인, 고체 배출 모듈(1). - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 탐색체(15)는 외부로부터 가시적이며 상기 탐색체(15)가 최대 진입깊이까지 유입 가능한지 여부를 디스플레이하도록 되어 있는 하나의 디스플레이 수단을 구비하는 고체 배출 모듈(1). - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이 수단은 상기 탐색체(15)의 실질적인 진입 깊이를 디스플레이하게 되어 있는, 고체 배출 모듈(1). - 청구항 2 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 운반 수단은 볼륨(volume) 운반 수단의 형태인, 고체 배출 모듈(1). - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 운반 수단이 상기 고체 유입부(3)로부터 상기 고체 배출부(5) 방향으로 이동하며 피스톤을 안으로 밀어 넣어진 상태에서 밖으로 빼내진 상태로 그리고 그 반대 상태로 밀어 움직일 수 있는 하나의 피스톤 슬라이더(17)를 구비하는, 고체 배출 모듈(1). - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 피스톤 슬라이더(17)가 전체적으로 피스톤 헤드(19)에서부터 시작해 운반실(7)에 이어지는 피스톤 헤드(19) 피스톤 재킷(21)을 구비하고, 상기 피스톤 재킷(21)은 상기 피스톤 슬라이더(17)가 피스톤이 안으로 밀어 넣어진 상태에서 밖으로 빼내진 상태로의 전환이 일어나게 움직여질 때 상기 고체 유입부(3)를 폐쇄하도록 되어 있는, 고체 배출 모듈(1). - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 10 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 차단기(9)가 모터에 의해 조작가능하며, 상기 고체 배출 모듈은 상기 고체 적재 상태 탐지기(13)와 상기 차단기(9)의 구동장치와 신호를 전달하며 연결되어 있는 하나의 전자 제어 유닛을 구비하는, 고체 배출 모듈(1). - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 전자 제어 유닛이 고체 적재 상태 탐지기(13)가 신호를 전달하는 연결을 통하여 고체 배출부(5) 상에 충분한 양의 고체 물질이 수집되었다는 대표적 신호를 발생시킬 경우, 폐쇄 모드에서 배출 모드로의 전환을 위해 차단기(9)의 구동장치를 작동시키게 되어 있는, 고체 배출 모듈(1). - 혼합 액체를 통과시키는 장치(100)로부터, 특히 혼합 액체 속 고체 성분을 위한 분쇄 장치로부터 고체 물질을 배출하기 위한 고체 배출 모듈(50)로서,
- 하나의 고체 유입부(53),
- 혼합 액체를 통과시키는 장치(100)에 연결시키기 위한 결합부(81),
- 하나의 고체 배출부(55), 및
- 상기 고체 유입부(53)로부터 상기 고체 배출부(55)에 이르기까지 이어지는 수집실(57)을 가지며,
수집실(57) 내 고체 물질 축적을 감지하고 디스플레이하게 되어 있는 고체 적재 상태 탐지기(63)를 특징으로 하는 고체 배출 모듈(50). - 혼합 액체를 통과시키는 장치(100)로서,
혼합 액체로부터 분리된 고체 물질을 위한 수집 영역, 및
상기 수집 영역과 통하는 배출부(109)를 구비하고,
하나의 고체 배출 모듈(1, 50)이 청구항 1 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 바와 같이 배출부(109)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(100). - 청구항 14에 있어서,
상기 장치는 고체 배출 모듈(1, 50)과의 연결을 위한 결합부를 구비하고, 상기 결합부는 고체 배출 모듈(1, 50)의 결합부와 협조하며 바람직하게 마찰력에 의한 또는 형태적 결합에 의한, 복원가능하게 풀리는 결합으로 되어 있는, 장치(100). - 청구항 14 내지 청구항 15 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 장치는 혼합 액체 속 고체 성분을 위한 분쇄 장치인, 장치(100). - 혼합 액체를 통과시키는 장치(100), 특히 혼합 액체 속 고체 성분을 위한 분쇄 장치로부터 분리된 고체 물질의 제거를 위한, 청구항 1 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고체 배출 모듈(1, 50)의 사용.
