Claims (11)
- 톨러런스 링으로서,
금속 재료 및 상기 금속 재료의 한 측면에 부착되는 플루오로폴리머(fluoropolymer)를 포함하는 저마찰 재료를 포함하는 환형 밴드; 및
상기 환형 밴드로부터 반경방향으로 연장하는 복수의 돌출부들;을 포함하고,
상기 톨러런스 링은 내부 구성요소와 외부 구성요소 사이에 장착되고, 상기 톨러런스 링은 상기 내부 구성요소 및 외부 구성요소에 대하여 회전가능하도록 장착되고;
상기 톨러런스 링은
20,000 N/mm보다 큰 반경방향 강성, 1 Nm 내지 25 Nm의 범위의 슬립 토크, 및 40 mm보다 작은 직경을 제공하고,
상기 저마찰 재료는 0.04 내지 0.25의 범위의 마찰 계수 및 0.05 mm 내지 0.50 mm의 범위의 반경방향 두께를 갖고,
상기 돌출부들은 상기 내부 구성요소와 상기 외부 구성요소 사이에서 상기 톨러런스 링을 통해 반경방향으로 부하 힘을 전달하기 위해 탄성 변형가능하도록 구성되고,
상기 돌출부들은 원주방향으로 서로 인접하는, 톨러런스 링. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 환형 밴드는 상기 돌출부들의 축방향 단부들에 원주방향 연장 림들(rims)을 더 포함하는, 톨러런스 링. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 톨러런스 링은 적어도 10 mm의 직경을 가지며, 상기 톨러런스 링은 20,000 N/mm보다 큰 반경방향 강성 및 10 N 내지 600 N 범위의 축방향 슬라이딩력을 제공하고, 상기 저마찰 재료는 0.04 내지 0.25의 범위의 마찰 계수 및 0.05 mm 내지 0.50 mm의 범위의 반경방향 두께를 갖고,
상기 돌출부들은 내부 구성요소와 외부 구성요소 사이에서 상기 톨러런스 링을 통해 반경방향으로 부하 힘을 전달하기 위해 탄성 변형가능하도록 구성되는, 톨러런스 링.
