Claims (15)
- 적어도 하기 성분 (i) 내지 (iii):
(i) 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물,
(ii) 하나 이상의 쇄연장제, 및
(iii) 하나 이상의 폴리올 조성물
을 반응시켜 얻을 수 있거나 또는 얻어지는 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로서,
상기 폴리올 조성물이, 2∼12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족 디카르복실산과 프로판-1,3-디올 및 2∼12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 추가의 디올(D1)을 포함하는 혼합물(M1)을 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올(P1)을 포함하는, 열가소성 폴리우레탄. - 제1항에 있어서, 디올(D1)은 에틸렌 글리콜, 부탄-1,4-디올 및 헥산-1,6-디올로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디올(D1)은 부탄-1,4-디올인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지방족 디카르복실산은 아디프산인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물(M1)이 프로판-1,3-디올 및 디올(D1)을 3:1 내지 1:3 범위의 비로 포함하는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물(M1)이 추가의 디올을 포함하는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올(P1)의 분자량(Mw)이 750∼3000 g/mol의 범위인 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (ii)에서 사용되는 쇄연장제는 500 g/mol 미만의 분자량을 갖는 지방족 및 방향족 디올로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시아네이트인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트는 메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트(MDI), 톨릴렌 2,4- 및 2,6-디이소시아네이트(TDI), 헥사메틸렌 1,6-디이소시아네이트(HDI), 메틸렌 디시클로헥실 4,4'-, 2,4'- 및 2,2'-디이소시아네이트(H12MDI) 및 이소포론 디이소시아네이트(IPDI)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 적어도 하기 성분 (i) 내지 (iii):
(i) 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물,
(ii) 하나 이상의 쇄연장제, 및
(iii) 하나 이상의 폴리올 조성물
의 반응을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 폴리올 조성물이, 2∼12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족 디카르복실산과 프로판-1,3-디올 및 2∼12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 추가의 디올(D1)을 포함하는 혼합물(M1)을 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올(P1)을 포함하는, 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법. - 이하의 단계:
(a) 적어도 하기 성분 (i) 내지 (iii):
(i) 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물,
(ii) 하나 이상의 쇄연장제, 및
(iii) 하나 이상의 폴리올 조성물
의 반응을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 제조 단계로서,
상기 폴리올 조성물이, 2∼12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족 디카르복실산과 프로판-1,3-디올 및 2∼12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 추가의 디올(D1)을 포함하는 혼합물(M1)을 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올(P1)을 포함하는, 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 제조 단계;
(b) 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로부터 성형체(SB)를 제조하는 단계
를 포함하는 성형체(SB)의 제조 방법. - 압출 제품, 필름 및 성형체의 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 폴리우레탄 또는 제11항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있거나 또는 얻어지는 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 용도.
- 제13항에 있어서, 압출 제품, 필름 또는 시트가 필러로 보강되는 것인 용도.
- 중합체 조성물의 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 폴리우레탄 또는 제11항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있거나 또는 얻어지는 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 용도.
