Claims (9)
- Al을 Al2O3 환산한 함유량이 70wt% 이상인 알루미나질(質) 소결체로서,
상기 알루미나질 소결체 중의 Zr을 ZrO2 환산한 함유량이 30wt% 이하, Si를 SiO2 환산한 함유량이 170ppm 이상 600ppm 이하, Na를 Na2O 환산한 함유량이 27ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나질 소결체. - Al을 Al2O3 환산한 함유량이 70wt% 이상인 알루미나질 소결체로서,
상기 알루미나질 소결체 중의 Zr을 ZrO2 환산한 함유량이 30wt% 이하, Y를 Y2O3 환산한 함유량이 1wt% 이상 10wt% 이하, Si를 SiO2 환산한 함유량이 170ppm 이상 600ppm 이하, Na를 Na2O 환산한 함유량이 27ppm 이하이고, 또한 상기 Y를 Y2O3 환산한 함유량이 상기 Zr을 ZrO2 환산한 함유량 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나질 소결체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 알루미나질 소결체 중의 Al2O3 결정의 평균 결정 입경이 3㎛ 이상 15㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나질 소결체. - Al을 Al2O3 환산한 함유량이 99.8wt% 이상인 알루미나질 소결체로서,
상기 알루미나질 소결체 중의 Si를 SiO2 환산한 함유량이 170ppm 이상 600ppm 이하, Na를 Na2O 환산한 함유량이 27ppm 이하이고,
또한 상기 알루미나질 소결체 밀도가 3.96g/㎤ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나질 소결체. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 알루미나질 소결체 중의 Mg를 MgO 환산한 함유량 비율이, 상기 Si를 SiO2 환산한 함유량에 대하여, 1.0 이상 4.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나질 소결체. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 알루미나질 소결체 중의 Ca를 CaO 환산한 함유량 비율이, 상기 Si를 SiO2 환산한 함유량에 대하여, 3.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 한 알루미나질 소결체. - 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미나질 소결체 중의 Al2O3 결정의 평균 결정 입경이 3㎛ 이상 40㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나질 소결체. - 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미나질 소결체의 적어도 일부에 내식막 또는 내식층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나질 소결체. - 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 알루미나질 소결체의 제조 방법으로서, 원료 분말을 조립(造粒)하고, 성형하여 얻은 성형체를 수소 분위기 중 1600℃∼1900℃에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나질 소결체의 제조 방법.
